The hospitality was wonderful. There was a after distant affect and tourism were just starting in manali. The hotel management were kind enough and special the Resturant Manager, Mr. Pawan was very kind. Food was brilliant and whatever was order, they had provided without any hesitation. Thanks to the Management and special thanks to Pawan ji and Sahil ji who helped us throughout. Keep it up and a must visit property.

The experience was awesome. The room was very elegant fitted with a room heater, a king sized bed and fluffy pillows and mattresses and in parallel to that room service was also great. The food that they serve has all varieties of cuisines . Snowy mountains that appears straight in front of the window and the sunlight that wakes u up was amazing. Special Thanks to Mr. Rammurti

The management is quite cooperative and I am grateful for their hospitality. It was a tough time when we got stuck over there but the manager and his staff members took great care of us. Where the shopkeepers of that area even increased the prices of their commodity, our hotel's manager gave us concession on our meal. I will surely prefer this hotel for the visitors of Manali for making their trip more enjoyable and convenient.

The hotel and hotel staff are very supportive. The hotel manager Mr. Pawan was very cooperative and supported us during difficult times. The rooms are very spacious and especially the beddings are very soft. Proper Housekeeping. Thanks to all.

Great hospitality and good food. The room was neat and on request it was cleaned for us. Pawan from the restaurant treated us very well. Overall it was a good stay and I would recommend this hotel to friends and family.

This was my first solo trip with OHOT and it lived up to the expectations set by the popularity of OHOT. The Trip started at Mid Evening with everybody watching each other with new faces.When the trip started we started talking with each other,slowly slowly getting engaged in others conversation and we didn't even felt like we had have met for the first time. When everybody feels comfortable with each other then the trips have to go best. We had one the best time together ❤️ 💕 💙.A big thanks to my beautiful friend and the Trip Leader Pragati for giving ours the best time .She nicely handled each and everything so good that we didn't even worry about the small things. I also shared my helping hands with her on Trek so that nobody face some issues or etc. We just could not get enough of the breathtaking views of the mountains. We covered all the places in the itinerary during the day, and in the evenings we used to hangout at cafes and engaged in chatter and banter. We even celebrated birthday of a fellow traveler, and it was the best night of the trip. We sang, danced, played games, shared stories (horror), made reels and clicked photos (a lot). This was one of my Most memorable trip but sadly we couldn't bring those past time. …
