I stayed here with family for 5 nights. Staff and service are the highlight of this hotel. Very polite and quick. Food was tasty. Good WiFi in the rooms. Hot water is available for long periods of time during the day. Improvements required - 1. Mr Rakesh, the front desk manager, is rude and yelled at female guests. He was the only staff member who disappointed us. 2. Hotel stops serving lunch at exactly 3pm, even for in-house guests. We came back at 3:15pm one day after sightseeing and they refused to serve lunch.
We stayed in Shingar Regency last week for three days. Our stay was very pleasant. The room was very large and spacious. It had a wonderful view of the mountains and the city of Manali. The room had a swing, a large regular bed, a platform bed, a dining table for four and a seating area for two. Other than this, there were other furniture for our clothes, luggage as well as a dressing table with chair. These and other facilities made our stay a very pleasant and comfortable one. The staff are very courteous and helpful. They always try their best to help.
It's one of the worst place to visit with friends ! they don't allow partie in your own private balcony ! The food quantity is very less and 2/5 food review being a chef ! It's better to stay in some other restaurant
Not sure if it’s a four star hotel for sure! Food is average. The staff is courteous. There have been concerns with neighbour rooms as no one could ask them to lower the music and noise till late hours.
Do choose the room facing the mountain, the view in morning is awesome. The room is neat and tidy. The food was delicious, we tasted different meals during our stay and were not disappointed. Also, have your tea in the garden area, it will be add-on to your stay. The staff is decent and professional. if I happen to plan again for Manali, for sure this is the only place I would prefer to stay.
(Sept 2018) - I had stayed in this property with my mom & wife in the year 2018 (Could not update the feedback). A beautiful property near (5 mins) to the mall road and at the same time away from any hustle -bustle. This hotel surrounded by tall pine trees has a beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony. The food is awesome (believe me all the food items is very tasty specially their Chinese food and Indian food during breakfast) & each and every associate is hospitable here. Thanks for taking care of us. Specially the male trainee at reception, the manager, the associate who served us breakfast and serviced our room. Rajib Dey :)
Pros : Very near to Hadimba temple. Cooperative and friendly staff. Nice view from hotel room. Clean room. Complimentary room heater. Cons : More variety is required in the meals, although the quality of food was good. A bar is required at the hotel.
We stayed for a four day holiday and it was an awesome experience. Pros: Peaceful location not very far from mall road. The Suite room 503 was spacious and comfortable. Delicious breakfast and dinner. Service by the entire staff was simply superb. Cons: The heater in the room was a bit small in comparison to the room size. There is no safe in the room. Bathroom would be better with a bit of touch up work. Special thanks to: Mr Narendra Kaushal for the seamless booking as well as organizing our day outings. Mr Ramesh Thakur and Mr Lucky for the lovely service during breakfast and dinner. Our driver Mr Shekhar who did a fabulous job during our outings. We would highly recommend this hotel for anyone who is looking forward to a great experience.
A Luxurious Stay With Very Courteous Staff & Prime Location With a Whole Range of a Variety of Cuisines. The Place Can Get You Addicted & Spell Bound For The Comfortable , Cozy Stay & Lovely Ambience It Offers. Additional Benefits Are Easy Access to Main Stream Town Life and at The Same Time a Seclusion on Demand From All The Noise & Busy Scenes. Loved The Stay & Believe me ! You Won't Find Many Such Places For a Very Reasonable Price - Esp. When You Are on an Excursion With Family !
This is a relatively old property but well maintained. It is located a little bit away from the city area, closer to the Hadimba temple. Rooms are spacious and staff was very helpful. Special mention of the restaurant manager who took great care of us. Food is good and there is a spacious garden on the back side. You will need transport to the city.
