"If you are looking to take a break from the hush bush of every day life, and connect with the abundance of nature, this is the place to be. If you are the one who enjoys the beauty of the hills and the sound of flowing waters, this is the place to be. * In room food Service is non existent. I kept calling the resturant and room service but no one picks up. *Bed linens and pillows have the pale..old feel. * We booked 4 rooms and only one tea kettle was working. We kept asking for the change ...it never came. *Lift was not working on day 2 of our stay which was a nightmare for my old parents. *The hotel struggles with serious lack of staff. Every service including the buffet proves to be an irritating experiance as you keep waiting for food items and eventually end up setteling for wahtever is available. All in all when you book rooms well above rs 6000 you at lest expect basic decency from the hotel and staff which is seriously lacking here. I advice everyone to avoid booking this hotel at all costs.
I had chosen this hotel based on great recommendation from a friend regarding the location, service, etc. The location of this hotel is no doubt great, but I guess the pandemic has hit the management and daily running of this hotel really badly. The GM who I talked to was extremely helpful but unfortunately, the entire staff seemed to totally untrained. The maintenance of the hotel has also taken a hit over the years. From faulty switches and light points, doors creaking, not closing properly, windows not cleaned, no service at night or early morning, electric kettles not being available in some rooms, electric kettle placed in the room but there is power point to use it with, no spoons provided for making tea/coffee, the list is endless. The food was also pretty basic, nothing to really write home about. Thankfully, this hotel is surrounded by brilliant cafes which serve really nice food. I would seriously advise the management to get its act together and get some trained professionals to run the hotel. I definitely would NOT be recommending this hotel to anyone.…
For name shake it's a FOUR Star hotel. But from cleanliness, food & facility it stands not even for ONE Star. They provided dirty, stained & torn bed linen and mattress. They even don't bother about cleanliness of rooms. During my 4 days stays no one come for cleaning of room. They provided a broken kettle which is not even cleaned. It has maggi noodles inside which was prepared by previous guests. To inform my problems to help desk, the OLD IS GOLD model telephone provided in my room was also not working. And whenever I went to the help desk to make complain, no one is there.
Very good nature all staff, co-operative, excellent service, excellent hotel and the view from the hotel is very beautiful at last view Negi is very helpful person I cecomend to all this hotel for holiday
Hotel Golden Tulip is the hotel I stayed from 5th Jan to 9th Jan 2022... Awesome experience - GM of the hotel Mr. Sandeep, a very helping and a true hospitality Manager. Excellent hotel - may it be view of it, the mouth watering Food, the F&B manager Mr. Sunil and all the serving staff Mehak, and everyone treated us so special with awesome food and room services. The hotel is situated in Old Manali and very close to nature. The food of hotel is excellent, the bathroom accessories, the room cleaning and other facilities of 24 hour Hot Water, the room size, the parking everything is way above expectations... A 5Star rating from my family's side to make our trip memorable!!! If you are planning a trip to Manali be the guest of Golden Tulip Hotel only... And the day I reached Manali it was heavy snowfall there and the only hotel to provide power backup in entire Manali was Golden Tulip Hotel... Live music and Bar is awesome entertainment... The bar Manager is very polite and customer focused person. Last but not the least Thanks to Sandeep ji - GM of the hotel, Sunil Ji and every staff who served us... 5star Rating.…
Undoubtedly location is good but where me and my family got disappointed was when we saw there service. The food they served in breakfast and dinner was very pale and not at all good ! Service was poor They could not able to serve there food even properly. If someone asked for coffee or egg omelette they took 45mims approx. Anyways escape this part they dont even have basic amenities like hair dryer you will keep on beg them but they wont provide or help with any thing Staff keeps on come without permission when one is not available in room. There are soo many things to discuss upon but i will end my reviews here as i am getting short of words to explain how awful my experience was with golden tulip ! Golden tulip you guys made our trip worse. Thank you !
I have many worst experiences with golden tulip Manali let me highlight some of them Fifth-floor paid three-night Rs. 36000 including bad condition food serves in Breakfast. No timing No Juice option instead of Guava No Cutlery for mixing sugar in Teacup No Clean Hand Towel inside the room. No
Recently we planned to celebrate birthday in manali n got booked hotel to see the facilities written but hotel was not upto the expectations and we felt cheated and left with no choice except stay and enjoy maximum ..though manager n other staff was very curtious to make us feel comfortable. A person has to think twice before booking through sites .
Our stay was very relaxing all thanks to their staff and the hospitality they provided. Food served was amazing. The staff was very polite and gentle. I would recommend everyone to consider this as your only option for your stay in this vicinity.
