We stayed at this property from 4th to 7th January and booked one Regent and one Super Deluxe room. We were welcomed by Manoj and Sansar ji with a smile. To our surprise, we were offered a room upgrade from Super Deluxe to Family Room.
Check in process was very smooth and Manoj even helped us with all the taxis bookings for our sightseeing in and around Manali.
Hotel staff outperformed in every department starting from Ghanshyam ji and his team from the restaurant providing excellent food with so much variety everyday to Kesar ji from housekeeping who made sure everything was given to us in room with in no time.
Ghanshyam ji even made sure that our breakfast is packed when we decided to go to Sissu at around 7 in the morning.
Hotel is conveniently located having all required shops around and even Mall road is around 1-1.5 kms.
All in all, it was a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel for their comfortable rooms, delicious food and never say no attitude from the staff!!

Mall road is close to this location and also their open garden area is a cherry on top.. you can take sunlight and do bonfire at night..

We stayed here for 3 nights at the Honeymoon suite. Everything was smooth right from the start. Room was excellent with heater, heated bed and 24hrs hot water + bathtub. All of this seemed very reasonable for the price we paid.
Staff was courteous and food was pretty decent.
Would recommend this for couples and families. Located not too far from the main circle, this is a very good option to choose when in Manali.

Wonderful experience and services. Enjoyed 3 nights stay with really good food. Candle light dinner was a cherry on top.
