Nestled between beautiful tress and flowers, the hotel is a great treat in the middle of Manali. Good buffet dinner and breakfast, friendly and helpful staff, large "Swiss Chalet"-like rooms - very spacious and convenient. Had the luxury of a balcony overlooking the garden - a treat. Overall a great stay.
Nestled between old Manali and mall road is this amazing property. We got 2 of the 2bed 2bath + lobby accomodations. This place is a gem. Everything you can ask for great staff, clean washrooms, spacious bedrooms , fantastic food, beautiful views and great proximity to other bars and restaurants. The owner Raju had great recommendations on things to do and each one exceeded expectations. This place is priced very reasonably and will be a go to spot for me in the future. Say hello to yoda the friendly husky. He is always walking around the property saying hi to guests and welcomes back scratches and treats. Cheers 🥂
Stayed with a group.Large rooms , limited staff , average food , every hotel will give at least one bottle of water per day got two bottles after reminding the reception several times. Rooms are away from the dining hall and the reception , in the night the path way to the rooms are not fully lit and if it rains , you have to walk to your room in the rain unless you have your own.
This property reminds one of hotels of the yore. Huge, wood building with large rooms, It’s a large property with large open spaces and greenery and the owners have resisted the urge to add rooms by destroying the green spaces. It is exactly this expanse that attracts travellers like us to this property. It was off-season when we visited so some renovations were going on. I think the bar was under redesign and seemed to be getting a nice facelift. Rooms are large and airy. Food was okay considering only skeletal staff was available. Parking may be an issue during season but not sure. The location is one of the best in Manali bang in the middle of circuit house road, a mere couple of minutes walk from Mall and another couple minutes to Old Manali. I will definitely go back when visiting Manali next.…
The resort did not have electricity for one whole day and night. I had to miss very important meeting because of this. The location of the hotel is good and the service is very good. The room is spacious but not much else to report. The bathroom was ok and many times the hot water wouldn't work. The people got the water in buckets. But the one night without electricity and no generator was a big surprise. No heat in the cold room means no sleep and we literally had to sleep the next morning and cancel all our plans.
Nice view and great food. A must visit place in Kullu Valley. The atmosphere is so lovely and the nature view will blow your mind. If you are newly married, then its a must stay. Feel the bliss and more.
We stayed there for 1 night and found the hotel to be very good. Their rooms (we had taken cottage) are excellent with a good view and with a sit out. The mall road is just 10 minutes walk from the resort. The best part about the resort is their service and their food. Their food is excellent and the service is also commendable. We enjoyed out stay there.
I visited Banon resorts early this year with my family of 5 (4 adults, 1 child) alongwith another close family of 4 ( 2 adults, 2 children). We hired a stand alone Duplex Villa with 2 Independent floors consisting of 2 Bedrooms, 2 toilets, a Living room each. The quality of Rooms, which were very spacious with very clean linen and big toilets with modern fittings, was excellent. The food was superb, lavish buffet breakfast and alacarte to choose from and very courteous staff. The location of the resort and villa is set amongst lush green landscape with birds chirping all over, nature at its best, sorrunded by high steep mountains covered with snow. We were in middle of city, yet away from hustle and bustle of it which was the best part. We truly had a relaxing and magnificent experience during our 4 night stay.…
My experience staying at Banon Resort Manali was extremely pleasant. The resort is nicely nestled between Old Manali and New Manali both with walkable distances from the resort.
