We took family suite and the rooms were quite big. But the downside was that only one bathroom was available and just two power sockets were available. The bathroom floors were slippery tiles. On request we got only 2 towels whereas we were 4 people staying. There was one staff who was very helpful throughout. He made our stay pleasant. For the price, overall the rooms were good.

A very good experience in choosing and staying in this Hotel. Rooms are good and staff is very cooperative. You can order the food in room and hotel can arrange for your visits through cabs. It is nearby to Mall road.

Located very close to the mall road, this hotel offers great comfort at very good prices. The food served is great, room service is very responsive..... I would highly recommend this place if u looking for good rooms at great prices... 👍

We reached Manali around 2 a.m. but he made the rooms available at the best price ad made our night! The hotel is at only 5 min walk to the mall road and the staff is very very helpful. Nothing much to say. Will stay here only in my next trip to Manali!

It was our first wedding anniversary trip to manali and it was a wonderful stay in this hotel.The staff is good. We had dinner also once or twice and it was good. We had a mountain facing room on the 2nd floor.

Value for money, staff is too good, service is very nice, near fro mall road, overall experience is perfect. i must refer this hotel for budget holidays. Once can choose the room by their choice, different types of rooms available, Family suits and Honeymoon suits are also available.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 days. Every room is different from other in terms of interior and furnishing.. I liked the concept. Out of room number 2, 5 and 7 that we used, I liked room number 5 the most due to it's wooden flooring, view and low sitting arrangement.. Room service was always fast and furious and Effective... Food is good as not too spicy and not too expensive.. I liked everything about the hotel including secured parking, walk-able distance from mall road and the staff.. Raju Mehta is too friendly and kind managing the hotel and ensuring guests have a good stay.. I bet I'll take this hotel again if I visit Manali again

I stayed in Hotel Dream for a day and is looking decent and got got foods as well. I tried punjabi foods and paneer items are best here. Do visit once if you're in Manali. I live the place and good views from the window. And they got really nice and friendly staff in the hotel and I really like to stay here for short period. I would live to come back again. Thanks. Don't choose deluxe room because view is not good from deluxe rooms Dinner is good specially karahi paneer . When u book online u have no choice to change the hotel . I requested to give me a room at higher floor. But when i reached the hotel they givem me room number 2 at ground floor. There is no outside view from the room . After my request next day they shifted me at ist floor in room no. 7 but view from this room was not so good. If i was not booked online i was never stayed there specially at ground floor and at ist floor

sir, As per our understanding we can infer from your review that you were upset with room allotted to you on the ground floor which was changed upon request as per your want and comfort . We would like you to know that we allot rooms according to the availability of the rooms.If you were allotted a room on ground floor it must been due to the unavailability of other rooms due to the peak season when the inflow of tourists is high. However like you have mentioned we did change your room to the first floor as per your desire. The comment that you made about the view from the room is very subjective and strange in nature because we are proud to tell you that many previous guests who have stayed in that very room have especially praised the view that they get from the room apart from the other things. Its very confusing to know yours intentions as the review you have given is not consistent with the scores you have given with the final rating . You have given 4/5 stars on most but you have termed the hotel as average which is quite confusing,strange and disheartening. WE Stayed here in May and just loved here It was a nice hotel... everything was just perfect nd everything was superb from rooms to services. The place is at walking distance from manali mall road and the surroundings are also good.the staff was also very helpfull It was a nice hotel... All the rooms are very spacious... and maintained.... I will like to stay there again... Cheap meal as compared to market...good room service.. Face Only One issue with the breakfast.... they take about 30 + minutes to prepare ur breakfast. So please instruct the room service about it less
