Me and my wife visited sparsh resorts in July on workation, and the stay was absolutely amazing. It's a small resort away from the hustle of Manali city, in a very peaceful neighborhood. Hadimba temple is 200m and old Manali is 400m away. Coming to the stay, the rooms are big and spacious and, with a magnificent view. We had initially planned to stay for 4 days, but ended up staying 10. The internet is extremely good and we were getting upwards of 30mbps most of the times. This was a major factor for us as we were working, and didn't find this speed anywhere else. We didn't feel the need to go anywhere, and the in premise kitchen does an amazing job in cooking anything you order. Tea is fantastic, so is the food. It's away from the main city do if you're looking for a peaceful stay with some good food, and spacious, clean rooms, this is the place for you. The staff is very warm and welcoming, it almost feels like a second home. Would definitely visit again for sure, thank you for the amazing experience!!!…
We stayed there for three nights. I will sum up with following points pros: 1. good rooms 2. peaceful location, away from traffic noises cons: 1. No lift 2. You cannot check out early as the staff sleeps at that time 3. Keep yourself ready with cash or net banking, card swipe was not available (in june 2019)
Comfortable spacious rooms. Nice location close to Manali Nature Park and Hadimba Devi Temple, although a little difficult to find. A short walk away from Old Manali and most restaurants on the other side of the river (15 mins). Nice place to stay but could be cleaner.
To start, we booked from booking.com; and the photos of the property, though beautiful did not show that there is a new building on the property. So you ended up imagining rooms in a cottage or balconies but you are in a building which has neither. The rooms were clean since the building is new, but there are no lifts. Heaters are chargeable; towels were torn. We checked in and the loo was dirty but they did not clean it since the cleaner had gone home. And that we had dirtied it. Anyway, since the view was nice we moved on and room was good. But ask for a mountain view. Breakfast is horrible. We had to cancel after the first day and it is not complimentary. THough dinner was good and they served even when you are late. Finally, we had an argument on the final day of payment. The reception guy said we cant check out early morning since everyone will be sleeping; so check out at 12 in the night! and the owner's credit card machine does not work so be ready for cash or online payment or Paytm payment like he said. The property is not huge but situated away from the Manali road madness. Its location is nice but you can't spend time there except in the rooms. Bonfire is only between 8-9pm. Rest, people are friendly when available. WIFI is available but only worked on the first day for me.…
It's a very nice resort. The place is beautiful. The people are very helpful. We had a lovely stay except for the day we asked for an early breakfast. Else the amenities were good and well managed. Overall it's a comfortable budget hotel to stay at.
it was a very nice resort.Staffs were good.So i enjoyed staying there.Only problem was that it was little away from bus stand and market. But it did not make much difference.Food was also nice.Resort price was also reasonable.
cottage was new and nicely develop. food was very delicious and good fresh food. environment around it was nice and view from lobby was awesome. it was great holiday experience at sparsh resort.very good place for family.
Horrible & Terrible staff !! If u say it's gud then u either have a bad taste or u have never stayed in a gud place . Manali is full of better choices . It was a BIG mistake booking dis rubbish kind of a place . Not worthy of being called a resort. Rooms in d pictures r just to dupe people .
I had little idea about Manali before going there...but it seems the decision to stay at Sparsh Resort was a good one. It is well located....very close to Hidimba Temple but a fair distance from the Mall and that is a big advantage because you don't realise how chaotic the Mall in Manali is, till you actually come here. The room wasn't extraordinary but to be fair for the amount paid it was fair value. The relative peace and sanctity of the location though more than covered up for it. The staff here is very helpful and friendly. They were very accomodating with my requests and it made the stay a very pleasant one.
The service and personalised attention by owners is indeed a treat. Staff was willing to help and they took good care. The stay was comfortable and view of snow capped mountains from cottages was great. Kids loved the overall beauty of nature. Though the rooms need some improvements such as mattresses can be changed to Spring and soft mattresses for more comfort.
