Instagram buzzed my phone with visuals so enticing about this place, thus for my sister's birthday in February 2024, we planned a trip around Manali with primary objective to experience tranquil landscapes 'The White Musk Resort' has to offer. We underwent a lot of research about how to travel, places to cover, etc. It was then I got in touch with Mr. Vivek (the man behind the idea of this beautiful abode), who not only helped us plan our itinerary with suggestions to places so captivating, but despite being on a family vacation himself, he ensured that we experience a home away from home, by personally calling the staff time and again, reminding them to accommodate all our request as we please, and also rechecked with us everytime. At walking distance from the resort is situated the Sethan village, from where one may commence the Hamta pass trek. Further up from the village, one may get a charge out of multiple snow activities. The resort is nestled against the magnificent snow glacier hills of the himalayas. In the foothills flows the Beas river along which the skyline of Manali Town offers breathtaking views throughout the day. During winters, the prestine alpine landscape and abundant powdery snow create an unparalleled, unique, and unforgettable experience. At the resort, we were greeted by ever smiling Mr. Ashok Thakur at reception on 24th feb, with a welcome drink. There is nothing to write about the room (as always : excellent), with the room heaters on, it was absolutely cosy. Above all, Jacuzzi was like cherry on the cake. The surroundings were white snowfield, enjoying the outdoors from inside the Jacuzzi (hot tubs), by jet-infused warm environment, while reading your favorite novel or poem, or listening to music is a retreat. It's like naturally helping your immune system just by absorbing the serenity around. I especially appreciate the staff and their exceptional hospitality. Need more time here. We will definitely be back soon.

On the joyous occasion of our marriage anniversary, we had the pleasure of visiting this magnificent resort and thoroughly enjoyed our stay in the infinity room. The resort offers a truly unique experience, with breathtaking views of the natural beauty, mountains, and cityscape of Manali. The staff demonstrated exceptional hospitality and provided excellent service, while the culinary delights were simply delectable.

Great location, amazing staff, very polite and helpful. We had the best time. Apart from views, the hospitality was amazing. The staff were good and helped us in every way. Love this place . This place is an absolute gem. Drive to the location is a bit rough, but its all worth the pain.

It has been an amazing experience. The stay and the view is mesmerizing. The staff has been very prompt and courteous. The food also is really good. The maggi was superb. Wish them all the luck with this beautiful place! And we will definitely be back again 🤍

Spectacular location, great dome room with panoramic view of the Himalayas, jacuzzi outside of the room, fire pit and amazing friendly staff, makes this a top notch resort to stay. If you are a nature fan like us, you will not regret staying at this beautiful resort. It is a small property located on top of the mountain and the roads leading up to the resort are treacherous but once you are there, it’s total bliss. The sunsets are beautiful and the views are breathtaking. Please do see the pictures even though they don’t do it justice. Mr. Reetam is a pleasure to deal with. He took care of our every need and helped out with the hot tub as well as the heating as it got pretty cold at nights. Overall A+++ rating for this amazing place.
