Oyo and Hotel owner are looting and fooling customer. I stayed for 2 nights. Day 1 was ok but next day they changed room saying giving better room. No water since morning. Manager is missing and locked reception. other staff is not listening to provide water for washroom. Only one chef Sam do all the work. Oyo support desk is also poor. You can't connect to owner. If you are coming with family and kids please avoid this hotel as your trip plan get disturbed as you can't be ready on time. They will not tell water problem before booking. So paying 3k for bedding and room without water is too much. Room rent should be inr 500 in such service.

Just 4-5 kms outside Manali in the Solang Highway... this hotel had everything an “On vacation” families desired of... lush green lawn and Park , rocking chairs , spacious rooms, neat & clean beddings, great food, humble staff, great location ... just everything ! Would definitely recommend especially if you are travelling with families and kids.. the location of being outside Manali helped us save energy and time while commuting to Solang and Rohtang since we did not have to start from the core traffic area , I.e, Manali Central area and on way back also.. we reached the hotel on time.. the people who have been to Manali in peak season would know what I mean !

The property is well built right on the river bank and the amenities provided are up to mark. The food is above average (a bit overpriced but gets the job done). If you are here during winters, you need to get a heater for which you will be charged a premium of INR 500 per night (*price as per Dec2017). The wifi is slow and is available only in the common area. Now comes the NOT-SO-GOOD part, most of the staff here is rude (there is a few exception), they won't do the job until you tell then thrice and the service is terribly slow. In fact, they would reach to that extent that they would start arguing. Here's my personal experience:- We asked for a heater, paid the premium but was given late. Then, there was no plug point in the room which supports the heater. When we asked to rectify the problem, it was not done until next 6 hours. At the end when we returned the heater to the reception, then they tried solving the problem. NOTE:- They don't accept any international cards (i.e only INDIAN cards are accepted). They also charge 2.5% as taxes if you pay using the card. Overview:- The property is fairly priced but the service is terrible. If you are a traveller who also wants to enjoy the property with the tour, I'd not recommend it. But, if you are here just for a quick visit and won't be spending much time on the property, it might be a sweet deal for you.

First you need to ask yourself what kind of accommodation do you want at Hill station. Whether it should be located close to the Mall ( the main market area) so that you can walk down to it to whenever you like to enjoy its hustle and bustle , or should it be away from it so as to have peace and enjoy the scenery., or should it just be luxury whether near or away from the Mall, or you need to see the budget too ? Well, this hotel is about 2 Kms away from Mall Road, so if you do not have your own vehicle it may be little difficult for you to come to Mall, You can hire a taxi for it, but for such short distances finding it may be little difficult. If you are looking for location related to scenery, then full marks to this property as it is just on the river with little garden in front. Very good location scenery wise. Rooms are okay, not very luxurious, you can say mid range category. Since I have my own vehicle with me and i like to stay at scenic locations and am not very fussy about quality of food or luxury, i found this property very good. I am sure anyone will like it for its scenic location. And if you have a vehicle with you and do not ask for much luxury, go for it. I recommend.

Only good thing about the PC is location on the river Beas. Facility is above average and Food test was Okay. Now come not so good part, lack of professionalism and transperansy from Management, No reception or room service between 11-00 PM to 7-00 AM, No Generator with mid night power cuts, frequent geezer issue, very conjusted Parking. They also charged for Breakfast / Dinner which was part of meal plan with argument that only few dishes are free. Overall great location without correct Management

The hotel was recommended by one of our friends who traveled with us, for its location. it was his second stay here, unfortunately the Services & upkeeps have gone southwards since e was last there, there are only 3 guys to wait on a hotel which can have almost 100 Guests, Vinay their manager was very helpful but he also wasnt able to do much as he had just 2 guys to run his errands. The same 2 guys were responsible for cleaning the rooms!! as a result they clean your room ONLY when you are out of the hotel, they refused to do it while we were in the hotel!. The kitchen as seems to be understaffed as well - during the Lunch hours if you order something simple like Tea or khichdi for kids it takes them 1 hr to get that to you and that too after multiple followups. We took the Family Suits of first floor, the ground floors Suits were a bit stinky, good spacious twin connected rooms with attached toilets in each room and a dining table with a setee to relax on, however the linen on the chairs was dirty and that of the setee was having stains and was even torn in some places, people had spit Pan Masala next to the balconies and the place even when reachable to clean was not cleaned, the stains were there from long and stayed there during our 4 nights stay and I guess will be there long after that as well. The Owners dogs are really friendly and nice, one thing to watch out is that there seems to be a few extra items added to your bill which needs to be cleared out, best is to ask for & sign the bill with each order

I visited paradise chateau in the first week of june with my family and our family friends. This place offers an excellent stay with very nice view from cottages. If you are a nature lover then you won't feel like going anywhere else and just stay at the hotel and enjoy the excellent view of beas river and snow capped mountains on all the four sides. The hospitality of the owner Mr. Suri with his efficient staff is excellent. Food can be served anytime and tastes very good. The rooms are clean and well equipped with all the basic ammenities. The place also offers rides for kids. The adventure activities like river crossing and rappling are a wonderful part of this hotel's services to avail. It is not very far from the city and is away from the hustle bustle of the city aswell. I highly recommend this place.
