Superb view from the rooms, cleanliness upto the mark and sumptuous food. The staff was quite cooperative and promptly addressed the services issues at a call. We will definitely be visiting again and stay in the property and also recommend to our friends.

We checked in at this hotel on 8 July 2021, as we had it pre-booked so cancellation was not the option even when we did not find the rooms as pretty as they look in the images above. This Hotel has nothing like mentioned in the description - No 24 hrs Front Desk, No Bar, No Terrace nothing. Small Rooms with smaller balconies. Our room and bathrooms were full of local Insects - Big Local insects (Images Uploaded). No Ac's rather Not even Fans were provided not even the pedestal fans. It was hot in Manali during our stay and we literally sweat our way to sleep for two nights. Had an incident where we could not find one of the room keys. To our surprise Hotel had no spare key and no arrangements to open the door of the room. They did provide us another room for one night but asking an extra charge. NO support from the hotel staff even the next day to arrange a Key or the key maker, we had to rush to the Manali Mall Road (8-10 kms) from the hotel to find one. Breakfast has a set menu of only Aloo Parathas + Sandwiches everyday. I did not see any Bar there. Food service provided in the evening was satisfactory, snacks/dinner was good.…

Thank you, you at least appreciated the meals and dinner. Sir, you lost the room keus and were not prepared to pay for duplicate keys with the pretext that you will soon locate the same. The room size is already mentioned and we will love to know your preferred room size as our Exe Rooms of 225 sq ft size are the preferred ones by the customes. We never claimed for bar .The climate of Solang Valley does not warrant fans or pedestral fans being high altitude and cool climate. In monsoon woollens are required and thinking of pedestral or fans -seems like mixing of Bikaner trip with Solang Valley. For customer safety duplicate set of keys was with the owner who was out of station . Anyways we assure you that such incidents will be taken care of and we welcome you to our property again.

This is best hotel for couples, I stayed two nights with my wife. Hotel staff are very cooperative and polite specially Receptionist. Food quality was awesome. Special thanks to Mr. Ram make my stay very comfortable.

Location is best for a leisure trip with peaceful and breathtaking surroundings Staff is very cooperative and provide assistance and support to their guests Infrastructure seems great with proper maintenance and hill view ideal for someone on vacation.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights. The rooms are cozy with breathtaking views. I was in 201, where I had windows on two sides and a small balcony. Snow capped mountain views were to die for. Breakfast and food was delicious as well. The highlight is the service provided by the staff here. They are always ready to help you and go that extra mile to make you happy. I would definitely recommend this place. The only con is that it is a little far from main city.

Lovely place humble staff at the hotel . Ram was really very helpful rooms were nice and spacious. Food was nice . Felt home away from home. Will definitely recommend people to visit and given an chance I will go back again
