We spent 2nights there. The hotel service and staff behavior was amazing. Instantly they kept our request of anything. The room was hygienic and the main thing there was lotz of sunray comes direct to our room, which makes our mood positive and warm. It's extremely near to main market area. The rooftop is amazing too. So highly we recommend this hotel to hire.

Located at very nice location that we can access every local sightseeing points @Manali. Very friendly staffs and managements. Neat and clean rooms with all modern amenities. They serve both veg n non veg on rooms and with an attached bar facility also.

We took a Family suite that was awesome my kids loved it,all other facilities were up to the mark,the reception was too helpfull, The hotel is just next to mall road, so you can easily do shopping any time of the day, have late night walk,dinner,breakfast etc.The hotel also possess awesome kitchen with many varities of food. Room was clean & nice, had a nice view of Snow & mountain, very near to Mall road even Bus Stand is also near. Food was little over-Price but good in taste as compare to other restaurant in Manali.

This hotel is nightmare comes true in all its elements. Worst quality of food. Terrible customer service. Price wise they match Taj or Radisson whereas their standards are so low, you'll be better off starting in a cave than be their customer. Of all things that I had to experience, it's their total lack of regard to processes adopted to provide customer's their moneys worth: none of the dishes we had ordered were anywhere close to being edible. I'm sure as a customer you expect bare minimum quality for the money you're paying to this pathetic hotel. Everything is downhill about this property, their restaurant and their response time to solving customer grievances. Not recommended for anyone who values their money's worth.

One of the finest hotel in manali All famous places of manali is just 5-10min away from this hotel It is the best hotel to live near Mall Road. The staff was very polite and helpful , specially Mr. Sunil Sharma The room was very spacious and clean, with good mountain &Mall Road view. They provide cleaning and room service everyday. There is good Terrace garden on their 4th floor. Lift facility was also there I was staying in the hotel with 32 people as well from 22-25 march 22 I rate this hotel 10/10.

The hotel and its staff under the guidance of their GM Mr Sunil has maintained a very courteous and professional environment..their hospitality is excellent and they take care of one's stay and comfort from the bottom of their hearts...restaurant being 100% vegetarian has limited decent options, but the food is really good.. Better than any other family restaurants on the mall road.. View from their roof top is worth to sit enjoy and sip your beverages and snacks..the best property to stay in the nest of mall road.

Very nice Hotel to stay. I really enjoyed the stay. Room was very clean. Staff were very friendly. Food was very tasty. We had here aloo gobhi masala, roti, masala dosa, vegetable fried rice chana masala and dum aloo. Can not say any single minus point. Love to visit again & the best thing is that it has a pure vegetarian food over here.

Yes if you say so they do have contacts with local person Inova n all..but i would recommend you book it by yourself..as all the cabs are available just in the walking distance and you can save your money by bargaining
"It's in Mall road. If you wish to stay in quite place then see this as a lively place in the evening.Paid parking is at walking distance from the hotel."
