Took a break in the first week of Jan to maybe see snowfall and experience the lovely bitter cold of Manali. Total disappointment as far as the snowfall was concerned..... Manali was going thru one of the driest winter patch. Holiday Vista Resort was the saving grace and their manager Ravinder Thakur made our trip worth remembering. The route to the hotel is thru a narrow and uphill climb to more or less the top offering you un hindering and mesmerizing views. The rooms are spacious with the necessities, the beds and the pillows are soft and welcoming and the bathrooms are clean with running hot water 24hrs. One of the few hotels which are centrally heated with full power back up. The buffet breakfast offered has enough of variety to satisfy most. Only thing I would suggest is stick to Indian food for both lunch or dinner. Mr Ravinder Thakur had a special surprise for us for the last night which we will never forget. Gem of a person with immense knowledge of local culture and places to see where the maddening crowd does not come…

Stayed at Holiday Villa once again for 4 nights in June 3rd week (was there first in March 2023)!! you just cant go wrong with this one!!! The property, the location, the views, the food, and last but most importantly, the hospitality and warmth of the staff are just OUTSTANDING !! Ravinder and team just go to prove the saying that it is the people who make a home-- this place is like a HOME AWAY FROM HOME for us!! Met two more of the team members this time - Dinesh and Himani (I hope I got her name right) - went out of their way and that too in the busy season !!! Many many thanks Team Holiday Villa!! Kudos!! After staying in this property one thing which we as travel veterans have realised is not to go totally by TA reviews ! I for one believe that a good part of a stay in any property depends on how the front desk interacts with you when you check-in/check out Unfortunately this was lacking in this hotel... A property need not be 5 star to always receive positive feedback or a 5 star rating! The rooms are decent.. food okay.. They for one are surely stingy when it comes to giving water... One bottle per room, irrespective of number of occupants.. In the dining area water will be served only when asked for, atleast this was our experience.. It's good to conserve water but not like this😀. Overall not a great place..as i have already said decent at best.

The location of this property is awesome.One can enjoy the snow covered mountains from the bed. Moreover , Hospitality is at its best. Good view of snow mountains from Balcony. The staff was friendly and always ready to help. Room was great value for the price. There were all the facilities required in a good hotel. All toiletries were present in the beautiful bathroom. Breakfast was amazing.

This is a luxurious hotel at Manali. The location is at the hill top. View from the honeymoon suit balcony was beautiful. The room is spacious, decorated with fancy lights and lots of wooden works in the interior. The bathroom was spacious with 24 x 7 hot water. The buffet breakfast was good with adequate items in their menu. A good gesture from the hotel was to accept our late check-in and late checkout requests. Overall a fantastic stay at the hotel.

I will start with the view from balcony which has an amazing view of hamta mountain and manali it looks amazing at day/night just loved it. Services at hotel is at its top, the staffs are always ready to help with a smile. I recommend this place to everyone visiting manali must stay here to experience to amazing view and best services.
