Took a break in the first week of Jan to maybe see snowfall and experience the lovely bitter cold of Manali. Total disappointment as far as the snowfall was concerned..... Manali was going thru one of the driest winter patch. Holiday Vista Resort was the saving grace and their manager Ravinder Thakur made our trip worth remembering. The route to the hotel is thru a narrow and uphill climb to more or less the top offering you un hindering and mesmerizing views. The rooms are spacious with the necessities, the beds and the pillows are soft and welcoming and the bathrooms are clean with running hot water 24hrs. One of the few hotels which are centrally heated with full power back up. The buffet breakfast offered has enough of variety to satisfy most. Only thing I would suggest is stick to Indian food for both lunch or dinner. Mr Ravinder Thakur had a special surprise for us for the last night which we will never forget. I had a great stay at Holiday Villa Resort and Spa. The rooms were centrally heated which kept us pretty warm even in chilling cold outside. Although they didnt provide buffet dinner or breakfast( perhaps because of lack of tourists), they served whatever we ordered and the food was very tasty, especially the likes of honey chilli Cauliflower and Dal Makhni. We opted for Balken room and the room view was just superb, sunlight falling at us right from the 8am in the morning.
Only downside is that room is little away from mall road but that was also compensated by the hotel management by providing us free cab drop to mall road couple of times.
A great thumbs up for the hotel.

The property is really worth visiting as it offers a very beautiful view situated right on top. It is well-maintained and clean. Considering the current COVID-19 situation, they ensure to sanitize all the guests and their luggage thoroughly. We booked a Jarden room and were upgraded to a honeymoon suite due to its availability. Not only this, since it was a speacial day for us, they made the necessary arrangements like cake and flowers alongwith a complimentary gift. The staff is very hospitable and would be available at a call every time you need them.
Overall, very nice experience.. Would love to visit again 😊😊😊😊😊

Hi my Name is Rohan. Me and my Spouse booked this hotel for our honey moon room number 5002 at 4th floor and we did not regret it. The staff and the food of the hotel was gr8 trust me. Me and my spouse are really greatful to the hospitality offered by the staff of this hotel. We would like to thank Mr Ravinder Thakur Sales Manager,Front office Staff MS Indu and the F&B staff Mr Vinod. All these people were very helpful to make our stay comfy.
The property provides the private balcony almost in every room and trust me they are not lying if they say that their room provides you the best scenery which you can experience it from your balcony or you have to just remove the curtains of that room while sitting on your bed in cozy balnket you can enjoy that experience ( 4 mountains covered with white Snow).I have experienced it own my own. This hotel is just 4 km away from Manali Volvo bus stand towards kullu road. The mall road of Manali is 6 km away from the hotel as this property is away from the busy city of Manali and it is located on a hill at very peaceful location.I highly recommend this for couples and families because they have duplex room also at the 5th floor those have stunning view.
I will definitely visit this hotel again next year to celebrate our wedding anniversary in feb hope fully we will get the same room 5002.
Please trust me you will not regret it if you book this hotel for your vacation.

Guys if you are confused about which location you should choose to stay or amenities or food at Manali, then I must assure this could be the end of your search. I stayed at this hotel for 5 days.
1) The hotel is situated at the top of the hill. I must say, the view is super awesome. You will never regret about the views.
2) Breakfast and dinner were both included in my package. The food was very delicious and quality was best. They offer a wide variety of items(north Indian, south Indian,juices, bread, egg etc.) in both breakfast and dinner (both buffet). I still remember the taste of "Sevaiya kheer". You will never have to move out for food.
3) The rooms are very spacious and luxurious from every corner. The ambience and wooden work gives it a 5 star look. They have 24 hours of warm water supply and centralized heating. Wi-Fi was available with no extra charge. All amenities were out of the box and our stay was worry free and pleasurable.
4) Last but not the least the hospitality and behaviour of the staff was very impressive. The staff is very supportive specially Mr. Ravindra who manages the hotel.
Overall our stay was very nice and I am glad I chose hotel The Holiday Villa Resort and Spa.

I and my wife stayed in this hotel for 3 nights during February 1st week. And it was nothing short of an amazing stay. Firstly, the courteous staff, amazing rooms with an even better view. The room heater kept the rooms pretty warm and made it like paradise when we returned from our tour in the evening. I should also mention that the food was such a delight. Crispy Veg, Dal Makhni, Paneer Curry were one of the best I have had. And the breakfast was amazing too with Paneer Pakodas, parathas and everything else. Perhaps, there were not much tourists, so they didnt offer breakfast buffet but they gave us everything we ordered for. One problem could be that it is little away from mall road and there are not many cabs available. However, the resort offered us a cab drop to mall road at our request with nominal charges and hence, it was taken caren of. It was am amazing stay. If I ever visit Manali again, I would definitely stay here.

We stayed here for 4 night . Loved lot of things about this hotel to start with 1. Awesome view from room ( check my pics ) 2. Awesome sunrise from room 3. The staff and service were very prompt and friendly. 4. The rooms were large , very very clean and well maintained . Also centrally heated which was awesome as we were experiencing negative six degrees outside. 5 . The Food and room service was very reasonable priced - stick to North Indian and Mughlai dishes you will find them very tasty. 6. Always got warm water from Tap even at 2 in the night. 7. They maintained variety in breakfast ( Some days were awesome some were average - but always variety)
Few things that you need to be aware of ....
This is 6 Kms away from mall road and three kms on a hill top . which is it's biggest plus because it offers the quite and serenity that I was seeking .. but you you need frequent visits to mall road the hotel will arrange taxi which will cost 400 one way .

My room was upgraded without any charge and I enjoyed my stay in Manali and this Hotel had a major role in this. This hotel provides a Very Beautiful Scenic View of the Mountains. This is a luxury hotel and it serves its guests to such an extent that they have a very very good experience. The Holiday Villa, Resort and Spa will be my Number 1 Priority to stay in Manali.

The staffs were superb, the view from the balcony was superb, overall it was a good stay. We were welcomed by warm greetings and a welcome drink. The reception was a good place of information and in case of any emergencies, they are very supportive too. I recommend this resort very highly.
