They provide the kind of hospitality you can't describe in words. They treat you like you're one of them. The ambience at house of Amigos is perfect for backpackers. I've never been in a hostel where Rooms were named after TV series. About the food- it's mouth watering and the prices are minimal. They have playstation in their common area along with many other Board Games including Jenga and Uno. You can also watch Netflix movies on a big screen TV. And yess, They do daily different activities for their guests. No hidden charges-nothing! If you're traveling for the very first time, I'd recommend you House of Amigos and nothing else in Old Manali. A huge shootout to Shashank for his hospitality. Keep up the good work Amigos🤘

Words can't describe the kind of hospitality they provide. They treat you like you're one of them- like an Amigo. The ambience at house of Amigos is pitch perfect for youngsters. Personally speaking, I've never been in a hostel where Rooms' were named after TV series. About the food- it's mouth watering and the prices are minimal. No hidden charges-nothing! If you're traveling for the very first time, I'd recommend you house of Amigos and nothing else in Old Manali. If you have a thing for bikes, then they've got you covered as well. You may rent out for a day or two with ease and make memories of a lifetime. Long story short- it's a 5/5 for everything. Keep up the good work Amigos! A huge shootout to Jisson for his hospitality.🤘

I had the worst time of my life at this hostel when I visited with my office colleagues last month. The hostel staff were rude and aggressive, to the extent that I had threatened to call the police. It was only when I reported about their misdeeds to my HR did they stop abusing me. The chap that runs the hostel cannot converse in English and resorts to crude native language to abuse those that do not speak to him or act friendly with him. He is an alcoholic and drug addict. They will bug you every now and then to buy drinks from their expensive bar and if you don't then you'll end up placing yourself in their bad books. The toilets are unclean and even on insisting multiple times, they do not clean them daily. The rooms are not spacious and often smell as people smoke inside them freely. There are better hostels in and around Old Manali. Please check out all the options before zeroing in on any one particular option in Old Manali.

We stayed in house of Amigos with 2 other friends and found ourselves very delighted by the great staff there : super friendly, dynamic and professional. The facilities are clean and modern. We stayed in dorms, they were also clean and so were the bathrooms. Multiple services provided, good wifi AND a game room with guitars, playstation etc (the best place to chill 😉). Well located, reasonable price, buffet breakfast. Highly recommended!

I don't even know how to explain my experience in House of amigos, it was something out of this world, actually divine is the apt word, it was one hella amazing time there for my 1 whole month stay in hills. The hostel is located in Old Manali main street and one can easily access all the cafe and hangout of Old Manali from there cause the hostel is in the heart of old Manali and The cherry on the cake is their staff, they were soo kind and helpful 24/7 and talking bout the owner Sushant, he's a gem of a guy, we ended up becoming friends lol😄. if you are planning your trip here, close your eyes and go for this hostel and you will thank me later, Im definitely gonna visit this place soon and I highly recommend this hostel to everyone, kudos to House of Amigos. Namaste!🙏

The staff is friendly, helpful and well equipped with local knowledge. The location is excellent with local market and restaurants situated not more 30 steps away. Great internet facility, a lawn area to relax, and a large common room with exiting board games, music instruments, tv and a PS4 for leisure activities. Food is priced at nominal rates with huge array of dishes to choose from. The facilities include clean spacious rooms. Great thing about dormitories is that every dormitory has an attached washroom. Plug points are well placed with a lamp for every individual bed making it easier to read a book without disturbing others. The balcony area is a good place to sit, with ample sunlight and a wonderful view of mountains and sky. In conclusion, the place is great and offers a lot more than expected from a hostel.

It is a hostel like stay in Old Manali. Food is good they provide you with homelike food. Hygenic place. Full of fun activities and games, that you get to experience in the living area which has lots of games, karoake, PS4 m, Foosball etc. For: people who would like to make new friends, and who are already traveling in groups can stay here. Something extra: Good for people who want to experience more of the culture and want to experience the beauty of the hills. Location:There are some great cafe’s near by with beautiful view. Most of the attractions are nearby the place.

A home away from home for solo travelers, a super fun place for group travelers and a treat for couples and family. Location : The hostel is located at an amazing location in old manali, where every cafe is within 500 mtrs hardly. The best thing about location is being away from hustle bustle of super commercial mall road and gives you peace of your own (which is one of most common travelers goal to travel to Manali) Pocket Friendly : The prices when I stayed were best depending on the season. I doubt there will be any other hostel in the vicinity which would offer better prices(throughout the year) with or without such amazing facilities and warmth. Cleanliness & Hygiene: The crew is as professional in cleanliness and hygiene as they are friendly in making you feel home. Food : One can get homely food being very light on your pocket with amazing taste. Or else if in mood of trying something fancy then you can visit any nearby cafes as mentioned above. Facilities : The other facilities besides above are exceptional at a level beyond your expectations. The common room has a super large screen TV with home theater, karaoke, PS4, Dart board, card games like UNO, playing cards, Monopoly and what not. The best thing about this is the owner Shashank loves to play with everyone along with his management responsibilities to be covered. Friendliness : The warm welcome nature and friendliness of the crew will never make you feel like you are living in a commercial place, but feels like a sleepover at a friend's home. I traveled solo to the place on my birthday and intended to keep it as a secret but it got out somehow. I was surprised with kind gesture of hostel management (Shashank), of bringing birthday cake for me when I returned back to hostel after roaming around in the day. I mean, who does that for someone in such a short time, only beautiful souls. Another gem of a person living there is Nishant ( co-manager and IT specialist of the crew). A free soul in true means, super talented (singing, tabla player, photography, IT guy and much more), super fun and super responsible like a big brother. One can learn a lot from him and must surely spend some time along. Other members of the crew i.e. Narindar and Gaurav involved in maintenance and services are also super fun and friendly. Wrapping up the long review by saying that I would never intend to even try to stay anywhere else when visting Manali in future and would recommend the same to everyone else
