We stayed at the Orchid for 4 days and indeed it was a memorable one.The welcome we received from the hotel staff was amazing. Rooms were well maintained with the all the amenities and more over the food was amazing.Kudos to the hotel chef.Moreover the support staff was also very good.They Provided anything we needed. Hotel services very good. Location is a bit far away from the mall road main market. I wish mineral water was served instead of RO water but itsa great initiative. Food was very good. Staff was very polite and prompt. Like the staff politeness and courteous natures a lot

Excellent is the word to describe their services and hospitality. Special thanks and compliments for Mr Ajay ( heading the reception area ) , Mr Akshaye ( incharge at reception) ,Mr Yashpal ( chef at restaurant) , Mr Santosh ( chef at restaurant), Mr Mukesh ( who served food ) , Mr Vishal ( who served food )Extra ordinary services and great food . The food and the staff is amazing. Really enjoyed their service. Even if we went to visit Manali then also we were missing our stay and the pleasure in the hotel. Stayed at the club room ,wonderful view of the valley. Good food,veg options are many in the buffet. they advertise a spa ,but no spa service is available per se . Another con is ,its quite far from mall road, during traffic hours, its took half an hour to reach from mall road to the hotel. Othwrwise rooms are comfortable and spacious. Had a good time having my tea on the balcony

My visit in Jun was amazing and had good time in Manali. One of the reasons for my elated experience is due to Orchid stay. The staff, the place, the experience are amazing. The staff were helpful in every aspect ….. right from allocating a room till your check out…. Guiding me to places…. Providing some high level dos and don’ts ……. Ajay Sharma The front office Manager is always on his toes Incase we request for anything we needed. I must say that that it is always people who make the place even more comfortable by the hospitality they provide from within heart. Thankyou so much everyone for making it a wonderful one.
