The rooms were great with no issue but not many options for morning buffet. Went on a school trip. Made us feel very comfortable. Enjoyed very much and garden was beautiful. Had TV option in restaurant which was great.

Staff needs behavioural improvements. Especially food staff. Mr Yash and Mr Dev raj are co operative and helping. Did not understand the only 03 hours time for hot water, when other hotels are offering 24 hours hot water. Furniture needs improvement. Even bathroom attachments need proper service.

It was pleasure to live here and many thanks to Harnek Randhawa 😊for accomodating us on a very short notice. The property looks brilliant and new in condition. If we talk about location then you don’t have to worry about because it has got nice view of mountains as well as close to Mall road. I wanna also say thanks to reception staff and Rajinder for making our stay more comfortable. You guy awesome and hopefully will see you again ❤️❤️❤️ Best of luck guys Regards Ajmer Singh😊

Good n helpful staff Rooms with balcon have a really great view Food is excellent Catering staff is very humble n helpful Electrically heated beds are available free of cost Room heaters are available at 400rs per day Good location Hot water only available from 7am to 10am and from 7pm to 10pm. They arrange dj parties and camp fire for groups. Dj was really good So if u want total silence in the night u might get disturbed by the dj Rooms are exactly as shown in the pic

Beautiful thoughtful and worm. We stayed for 3 nights in grace resort. Location is very nice and view from the room is beautiful.food was okay . The room were clean and spacious . Would have no worries recommending this hotel.

I would like to express my thanks and appreciation for the service and care I received at Grace Resort and SPA. I took my family on vacation and I wanted it to be perfect. Your staff did not disappoint me. Every staff member with whom we came in contact was attentive and kind. We have already decided to return to Grace Resorts and Spa for our next vacation. * The catering was excellent • The wait staff was polite and helpful • The parking attendants were careful and courteous. On the top of that * The sound system worked perfectly. • The entertainment was entertaining. Kids enjoyed a lot at live Open house DJ Music. We had a wonderful vacation, and I have recommended it to all of my colleagues, friends and family. Thank you again for such outstanding service.
