I had stayed in Silmog Garden for about 4-5 days , back in 2015 October . During my time of stay, i found the hotel to be really nice. The staff and the owner were fantastic people , they were so friendly and so customer focused .. it was really a delight to stay in there and be their guest. From what i have seen, they treat their guests with a lot of enthusiasm and friendly way. I definitely recommend anyone and everyone to stay at this place and I hope to go there again the next time i visit Manali
We recently stayed at this property on my two days stay at Manali. We must say this is extremely superb place, from hotel lobby to room to restaurants all are very well designed. The interior design is very good. My family had their dinner in restaurant which was delicious. Reception staff has taken very well care of my family and always ready to serve and assist. At the end I would like to say all the best and will be back in near future. Cheers.
The hotel is located at Mall road. It is no star category hotel but fulfills the requirements of a stay and is very clean and well maintained .. I loved the stay and would recommend families to stay in this hotel
Silmog garden hotel is situated near to mall road very beautiful and clean hotel me and my family really enjoy there food was nice and room was spacious and properly clean everything is good except parking
We stayed here for 3 nights in May 2019 . We reached very late around 10.15 p.m as we started from Chandigarh around 11.30 a.m ..I had read it in previous TA reviews that you need to inform Thakurs well in advance,if you wish to have food here. So we had called up and placed our order before reaching there . After a tiresome journey ,it was a happy feeling when we were greeted with smiling faces and freshly cooked tasty dinner !! What a lovely family along with a caring staff who takes care of you when you are away from your home !! I would say , you must visit here and experience by yourself that how 2 active boys ( Tek Singh and the other fellow ) keep the rooms spic and span. Another thing I would like to share that once my daughter had forgotten her earrings in the hotel room in the morning. When we returned back after the sightseeing , it was seen at the same place on the table !Truly appreciated ! The hotel is very close to the Mall road adds to its positive point.…
We were put up at this hotel for three days. The staff were very helpful. They infact kept dinner for us till midnight, as we reached the hotel late on our first day. The food served was homemade and didn't feel we are eating in a hotel. The rooms were big and spacious. The hot water was plentiful, as it was very cold outside. The location of the hotel is very close to mall road, an approximate 5 minutes walk. The hotel has a beautiful flower garden which is maintained by the owner, it is worth to see it. All in all we were very happy with the hotel. The view isn't that great, but for the comfortable stay it is worth it.
My genuine review on 3 night stays in the silmog garden. Feb 20-23 we stayed in Manali. It was a pleasant stay and great hospitality too. Pros - --Tasty food and a good restaurant(even though it was costly, but I feel all over Manali food, cab and activities fare are costly as the main source of income for people in Manali is tourism ) -- Good service, big rooms and neat bathrooms also. -- Mr. Amit Thakur is very friendly and he helps us to plan and arrange cabs and will clear all our queries. Even help to arrange shared cab service with other roommates. -- Great location, near to mall road and budget friendly rooms. -- Boots are available in the hotel. -- Early check-in option is available. Cons (Constructive) - -- No room heater, when we traveled it was minus 3 degrees and we paid extra 500 per day for a room heater. -- All the 3 nights there was no power in the hotel and room. Because of rain no electricity it seems. Understandable. But why there is no power back up. -- No electric kettles in the room. Every time we use to order hot water from reception, but maybe because of climate within 5-10 minutes water become chill again. That was my experience with hotel silmog garden. Guys, in short, its a budget hotel and great for the family…
We stayed for 2 nights and they allowed us for early check in. The staffs are very helpful and the Taxi service they provide is reasonable, even the Drivers are good. And About food - Healthy & tasty The only thing which we miss in the room was heater, which is available on extra charge. Overall it's a pleasant stay @ Silmog Garden.
