We booked this hotel for 3 nights for family vacation. But Hotel staff ruined our stay. Staff attitude was very rude, in evening when we reached hotel reception staff misbehaved with my wife and father. The USP of this hotel is their pub but pub staff also misbehaved with us, they treated guest’s like they are beggars. I request to hotel management to take strict action.

House keeping is pathetic, my wash room seat was dirty when I checked in answer was staff forgot to clean... they don't provide extra tea bags reason was the guy with key to the store room is not there. Blanket cover had a hole in it, after too many requests they changed it.

My stay here was pretty delightful and comfortable. The staff was extremely helpful and polite. The location was nice as well. The rooms were clean and spacious. The food was good too. Overall I had no problems and was absolutely satisfied with my stay.

Location good Staff very nice Food is very average . Better eat from some other place. Room size is good but bathroom is very average need refurbish . Surprisingly no electric kettle in room, even very small hotels provide it nowadays. Overall i expect much more from brand like piccadly but I was disappointed. Need lot of changes If have to match with other good 3-5 star hotels.

Located at the Mall Road, heart of Manali. It has a discotheque that plays very loud music till wee hours of night, not soothing for ears and souls. Staffs are not well trained and not suitable for a tourist who is looking for serene quiet environment.

Nice experience ever , very helpful and cooperative staff, good quality food with low price. The hotel is very near to manali mall road so the person who wants to stay in Manali should stay here. All staff was so good and helful. Best stay and wonderful property. Rooms are cleaned and the property is well maintained.

Spent 5 days in Manali in Piccadily. Wonderful experience. Staff is very courteous. The hotel is just a few meters from Mall Road which is the happening place in Manali. In all it was a nice experience.
