The stay was one of the most relaxing as the Resort is located in the finest location and has great amenities. The staff was very welcoming and had the best hospitality towards us, specially Amisha and Raksha. They were very diligent towards making our stay as comfortable as possible. Looking forward to visit again.

We were visiting Manali After 5 years and we really enjoyed the Stay in this Resort, Mr Sanjay and his associates really took care of us and the Hospitality was excellent
We were feeling cold in the room we were allotted and they immediately Upgraded us on our Request not only this we did not enjoyed the less spicy food for the Dinner Included in our Package they offered us to provide Ala Cart on the house, On the 1st Day we did not took but in between our stay we did took and the Chef Obliged us wit the Himachal Cuisine made specially for us
Everything in this hotel is Great the Steam is amazing normally its free everywhere but here it is Charged 500Rs which is not so bad considering the Hilly area where it is located , I would not advice the Spa at all as the employees there have no clue about the massages i was curious myself when everyone was writing this review and i actually understood when i went there.
They will try there best to make you happy and have a Wonderful Experience and i would surely go again, The only thing i did not like and gave one star less is that on our Last Night Dinner where the chef made special food for us the General Manager was siting with his friends and ordering tikkas and other things they were so loud and making all the restaurant guys work on there stuff that we had to wait for food for 30 minutes Not only this we actually were not able to converse or speak as they were shouting so loudly that we had to tell the Restaurant Manager that it is better you send our food in our room only, I actually was surprised on this behavior as when I asked the restaurant helper who this man is he said its the Hotel Manager Mr Punit, It was very surprising for me as except for him all other staff members were very courteous and polite.I did not want to spoil my last day so instead of teaching him manners i chose to enjoy the food in my Room
This is one of the Best Property in Manali and after searching and going to see personally few ones which we thought were good i would say this was the best option. Do go to Cafe 1947 the cafe and the ambiance is next level

Dear Guest, Thank you for sharing your kind feedback. It is wonderful to note your stay at The Manuallaya, Manali was comfortable and the team at the hotel helped you to enjoy the experience. Since you have mentioned that i was sitting with my " friends" and making staff work which delayed your order by 30 minutes, let me clarify that as General Manager i have to maintain certain business relations and have to entertain prospective clients. The fact of the matter is that your food was out of the menu and hence took time to be served. It would have been nice on your part to speak to me directly instead of venting out your frustration on this platform. Kindly be assured that we value all our guests and do not discriminate. Lastly, please accept my apologies if we have let down your expectations inadvertently. Warm regards, Puneet Bhambi General Manager

We have visited this hotel in first week of July. after reading a lot of reviews about the hotel here We were confused, but We thought to give a chance and below is our experience.

Pros:
1. Very good views from the resort.
2. A very good package for picnic available. If you are a honeymooner, you should try this package. They have a mountain top location surrounded with apple orchards, Its a perfect place to spend some quality time together away from the noise and crowd of the Manali city and other nearby famous destination.
3. When we have visited this property owner is also staying there, they are doing there best to fill the gaps.
4. They have a good kids play area, and pets.

Cons:
1. Service need to be improved, staff is good but seems to be overloaded with work(might be less staff due to covid-19 guidelines).
2. Room service should be available 24*7.
3. There is a miss in connection with customer, staff should be more trained to connect with customers.
4. Food quality is average, but menu need to be improved, variety needs to be added.

P.S. When we are staying there we see many visitors misbehaves with staff if there is something not inline of their expectations. Personally we don't like this behavior as in this Covid-19 time everyone is stressed.
If you guys visiting any property and not able to find anything inline with your expectation just write a note to the owner/manager, do not scold the staff(they are also humans and facing more challenge as tourism is the badly effected sector by Covid-19).

Whatever I say about this resort is less.
Right from our arrival till our departure, everything was taken care of .We were not only given the best room with the best view of the snow capped mountains but had the bestest time at this resort and the food here was simply lip smacking and delicious, different cuisine with a lot of variation. It was always lovely to be greeted by the warm and always smiling staff and the GM and the owner who were always ready to help on one call .
All hygiene standards were followed by the hotel due to the current situation and the room was clean and comfortable.
I would like to thank the following people without whom our stay would be such a beautiful one.
Mr Siddharth who did my reservation and took care of everything, the GM who helped us with a lovely room , Mr Ajesh at the front desk who was always just a call away and everyone at the housekeeping and Dinning place who made sure we had the best cuisine and a comfortable stay at Manuallya, Manali .
You guys are the whole and soul of this place , who are always there for each and every guest on just a call away , always ready to help any time and any where.
I wish you all the very best in everything always.

Thank you for not only pampering us but also for making our stay a beautiful and outstanding one with lots of good memories.
Hope to visit you'll soon.

Thanking you
Madhuri Thorawade

PS- I will highly recommend you resort to everyone and all my friends circle to come and stay at yours.

Just for to start with, one of the most amazing resorts in Manali with all the facilities readily available. We went with families and stayed there for 8 nights. even a single day we were not made feel like a guest. The entire staff was amazing, friendly and very cooperative. For each day we had party every day and the service was exceptional. Mr. Bhambhi General Manager of the hotel was always present when ever needed and left no stone unturned to make our trip a memorable one. Shailja Kapoor, Karan, Chef Naresh, Food and beverage staff were always on their toes to make each day event a successful one. The hotel maintained its new normal standards with proper sanitization in each and every corner of the hotel. I recommend everyone to stay in ManuAllaya when visit Manali. Once again Thank you to entire ManuAllaya team for the entire cooperation.

This property is located about 2 kms from the mall road. It is a beautiful property. The rooms are very spacious and the bed size is big. We had the garden view room and each room had its own pvt green space with a swing.
The washroom was spacious and they had a deep bath tub in the anthropomorphic which was great. Hot running water and central heater from 5pm to 9am. The staff was good and the 31 dec party had good food offering and music. Overall our stay was excellent and we will visit again.

The only thing to take care while booking

There is a helipad in the hotel and of your room is just below the helipad then there will be recurring noise of the helicopter.
The hotel has amazing mountain view rooms. Try to book one of these.

Visiting Manali ? Nothing can be better than Manu Allaya Resort.
In every sense of the word, spacious rooms ( a luxury in hills), extensive woodwork, flooring and carpets, Big Windows and a Balcony for divine views; its Nature and Luxury in total harmony. Lush gardens and lawns and large terrace for evening stroll amidst snow clad peaks & a visage of pristine pine forests. Overjoyed with picking Cherries from trees on ground floor garden. Coming from hustle and bustle of Mumbai, I couldn't ask for more.
Alacrity in service, delicious food & clean room makes Manu Allaya, a best in class option at the stated price point.

The hotel was well maintained the staff members were in proper uniform and ready to help every person visiting the resort. The hotel is having a hot water swimming pool, gym, spa etc. The location of the resort was awesum and the room was clean but l want to say i have seen a resort where the owner is present in the all meals and interacting and guiding customer for visit in manali and handling the resort .

We had a 3 night stay at the cottage with family , no doubt the stay was nice , good ambience but the service was really pathetic . Even the food quality is below average.and the worst part was that ; when we asked them from just few crockery in our room they told for extra charges( i have traveled a lot but never seen any hotels or resorts for such services)
