I stayed with my aged Mother and father in Jan 2020 to enjoy the snow. I must say that Me & my family really enjoyed the stay and more importantly the food including breakfast and dinner. The behavior and assistance of Mr Dilip of FNV was wonderful. He was very friendly and provided great service. He was also helpful in assisting in visiting nearby locations and on weather updates as to when to travel and come back safely to room.
A evening before my checkout they have organized a karaoke night alongside the dinner. The singer Varun Thakor was mesmerizing.. He has wonderful voice quality and superb singing. He is really gifted by GoD to have heat touching voice.
Over all my stay was great.. The location was hotel and my room was such that we enjoyed the snow filled mountains every morning. Chilling rooms and warm staff great combination.

What a wonderful stay at this pretty hotel. First things first. The moment we checked in they upgraded our room as both of us, senior citizens, were fully vaccinated. Acco had beautiful mountains view from two sides and a balcony too. Room was well appointed, cozy and Queen size bed was very comfortable. Bathroom with 24 hours running cold and hot water, shower and a bath tub too. Wow! Excellent, prompt and courteous room service. Dining experience at their buffet spread was a gastronomic delight inspite of limited fare due to Covid pandemic. Finally, the entire staff was polite and respectful and always served with a gorgeous smile. Rajesh, Veena and Ram were cooperative to all our needs and requirements and Dalip was amazing in taking care of our food options.
Now the things which were not of our personal liking. A-la-carte food is ridiculously expensive. Only one set of tea bag, milk and sugar pouch was given per day. And weirdest of all, they refused to provide even minimum of crockery like a quarter plate and two table spoons for us to have our own fruits cut and eat in our room.
In a nutshell, a great place to stay in Manali barring few jarring notes here n there. Thanks

1) Food quality is far better and meets quality standards maintaining good higine. 2) We get personal assistance for serving food table to table without being charged. 3) Quality breakfast. In addition to that eggaterian food is provided on free of cost. 4) Good hot water service. One can get instant hot water in wash basin as well. 5)Heater is being provided on demand on cost but of good quality though it is being made available on conditional basis. 6) To get rid of extreme cold weather they provide very warm blankets.

I along with my family visited to sunpark from 20th Feb to 23th Feb. I would like to share my experience. We had booked 3 deluxe rooms. Booking was done from make my trip.
we chose the hotel by its review. But when we checked into hotel, what we got was completely out of expectation.
1. Firstly The make my trip didnt gave the option of rooms above the Deluxe room Type. When we asked to hotel administration for upgradation, they refused on the grounds of non availablity. So we got room alloted in the another building which was comparatively older.
2. The furniture and fixtures quality was ok. It was not upto mark. Which was still ok, as it doesnt make any much difference.
3. Third, coming to the toilet. The toilet was equipped with bath tub. It was also equipped with electric geyser. When we went to have bath, we got pale yellow coloured water in all three rooms. We brought this matter into picture infront of management. The manager told us that since the water comes from himalayan hills it will get pale yellow pigmentation when heated. ...!! Well.... i am not a chemistry expert, but what i do know is water never gets coloration on heating unless it is contaminated.
We got all justifications/answers about yellow water absolutly rubbish. ( appearently apart from us nobody complained about colored hot water as per Hotel Manager)
3. Rest everything was ok. Food quality was okey not so good or not so bad.
Overall to sumup - Hotel was ok, not worth giving 4.5 stars -It doesnt make any sense for opting deluxe rooms. - higher class rooms/suits may be good.

The service was awful, location was bad, there is a pond of smelling water and filth. Fake photos of Mountain view from the balcony, its a trap. Go for other better hotels, do not book this. Room service and basic amenities like dental kit, water, towels, slippers are missing. They give just a room, rest you have to carry yourself. Zero rating.

One of the best hotel I have ever been, I was with my friends group. Food and service was extremely well. We stayed for 2 nights. Had booked Super deluxe room with balcony, however we were upgraded to Luxury room with balcony as per the policy. The room is good, spacious, well decorated, the view from the balcony is just ok though. The bathtub was not in working condition, however they fixed it in 20mins but it was quite disappointing at that time. The heater is charged 300/- per night. The food spread has a lot of variety but the taste is just average. The staff is good and helpful. It has a lot of amenities like disco nights (free), spa (paid), pool table (paid), gym (free).

The Mall Road is not close to Sun Park Resort. This Resort is situated in New Manali across the River. The Mall Road is not within walkable distance from this place.
Kindly check google map for actual distance.
Can’t tell you about others but I recently booked the property and let me tell you housekeeping and front desk staff is very unprofessional. You will not get the hospitality as you would expect
