Manali, over the years has become too crowded for my liking and my last trip in 2019 was kind of a disappointment in terms of options to stay and the location. Thought of staying further up than Old Manali this time around and found this gem of a place called The Tranquil Inn because the name itself was quite inviting. Having stayed there for 3 days, I am happy to recommend this property for a number of reasons. Far away from the hustle & bustle of the main town, surrounded by apple orchards or distant mountains, cordial staff, delicious food, and not to forget the 'tranquility'. We were two people and lived in one of the standard rooms that had a balcony overlooking 3 (at least, most were frozen because of the weather) waterfalls in the distance. The rooms were equipped with all the amenities listed on the website and were clean besides being in good condition. Staff was more than willing to serve us and were even available to chat and inform us about the local scene. All in all, if peace, seclusion, noise free environment, good food is what you look for when in the hills, you can book this place and thank me later.…
had stay during 2nd to 5th june 22. location: 5/5 2km from markets narrow road but far from hustle bustle of very busy and over crowded market of manali mall road another road is also aproachable from solang side which is not jammed and available on google map. property and view: property is neat, clean and very well maintained. both side of the room having view. front side manali valley and jogini waterfall and back side apple orchard. rooms: neat, clean, very spacious but lift is not is there so for elder people having problem have to stay at first floor. dining & restaurant: restaurant is at 3rd floor and having few varieties but food taste and quality fine and they served many items hot on demand. staff: all the staff members are very humble, courteous and always ready to serve including managers at front desk, housekeeping team, room service. restaurant team all. overall comfortable and pleasant stay, highly recomonded for view from the room, peace, food, service and relaxation.…
One of the best place to stay in Manali. You able to see 5 waterfalls from your room and river in front and apple orchid in back with fresh air. Staff is super supportive and food is delicious! Will definitely rate 5/5
We visited on 13 May 2022 and booked 2 adjacent Rooms. Hotel is situated in old Manali and at a very calm place far away from chaos of Manali. It is nearby clubhouse (approx 1km). They are around 5 rooms at each floor with all having same awesome views i.e.mountains from both balcony and room entry passage. Food quality is good but during our visit there was no Tandoor as its operator was not available so no tandoori items. But when we asked them they positively arranged only breads from near by hotel. Service quality was awesome and promt. Staff behaviour was very nice. Just one thing which i found strange is they asked us to pay for bedsheet as there were food stains on it and they said "They have to discard it". I never heard this thing in any of my stays in any hotel. It usually happens when you have kid with you on travel. But after so much conversation we didnt pay for it. Pros: Location Service Qualtiy Spacious Rooms Huge Balcony Room Views Ample Parking space Cons: There are few but honest review :) Limited Food Options (due to no Tandoor) Charges for Stained bedsheets Overall I would strongly recommend this Hotel and visit the same again if i will be in. Manali again.…
Clean rooms, good service, tasty food and courteous staff. Nice location as well, there's a beautiful public garden nearby with water trail from beas river, which is a quiet place far from a hustle bustle of crowded mall road and city. Recommended.
We had stayed over at the lovely Tranquil Inn in the last week of March. The rooms are spacious and very well designed, with a very classy, minimalist and modern look. The furniture and fittings are of a very high quality. The food was very well-prepared and not overly spicy, and the servings generous. A special mention must be made of the trout we had for dinner one day at the hotel. The services provided by the manager and the courteous staff were top-notch. The hotel provides great views of the mountains on three sides, which is unique for properties in the vicinity. All in all, a memorable stay. Kudos to the management and staff for their services.
The property is located at a quite and serene place. The views from the property are mesmerising. The apple orchards are treat to the eyes.. the staff is also humble and cater to the needs of the guest. Food is okayish. If you want to enjoy your holidays away from hustle bustle of the city and to relish the nature, this property is a must to check in for..
I stayed at The Tranquil Inn for two weeks and what a relaxing stay it was! The room way squeaky clean and very comfortable. It was very spacious and had an attached balcony, the view from which was to die for. The surrounding area is very peaceful and quiet. The staff is extremely courteous and polite and happy to go out of their way to help. The food is amazing too and the chef is happy to accommodate special requests. Highly recommended!
We were looking for a long vacation post our encounter with COVID😊. We were looking for a place which was not very expensive and yet had good big rooms along with wifi as some of us had to work from there. Tranquil inn is located in old Manali and has a great view and is not very crowded. We were very well looked after. The entire staff was polite and chef cooked for us some great meals. They give you personal attention. We were 4 Woking proffesional, 3 senior citizens and 2 kids. So the requirement was different for each. Kids did school during the day ( again thanks to great wifi facility) and post that would go to their another property close by - the streams with grandparents. Beautiful and lot of fun things to do. They would do picnics, play badminton etc. The food is delicious and the chef was kind enough to prepare dishes exclusively for us. One of the best holidays ever…highly recommended.…
It was such a pleasant stay!! The view from the room was breathtaking and the room was quite spacious with lot of facilities in place. The hotel staff were very polite and supportive. Perfect place for peaceful stay!!
