So I am writing right now while on the way back home, The main purpose behind a Thank You letter for one of its hospitality & so to thank all those who hosted us and made your our stay memorable by all there Generosity, Kindness, Polite, Humble, Welcomed, & Lovable Hospitality. We would like to thank you for all the hospitality you offered at your Itc Grand Bharat Luxury Residences, Delhi. We Rakesh Doshi & Falguni Doshi had the most amazing weekdays time at your place Itc Grand Bharat Luxury Residences, Delhi. Everyone at your place was so nice to us that I can't define in words. They made us very very comfortable at our stay with all there Hospitality for which Itc Hotels is famous for. We would like to thank few of them for all there outstanding service at Aravali Restaurant as well as with few House keeping staff at the Property : Mr Dharmendra Rawat, Manager from Aravali Restaurant, (Outstanding choice & Ultimate service). Mr Harish Varma, Chef at Aravali restaurant, (Outstanding choice & Awesome Chef). Mr Kapil Dev, Chef : Good choice & Superb service. Mr Atik, Mr Abhishek, Mr Manoj, Mr Amritpal, Mr Biswajit & Mr Naved all team crew members at restaurant with ultimate amazing hospitality & Service. (Outstanding service & Hospitality). All had an Outstanding choice for preparing so many delicious food items @ Lunch & @ Dinner time like Pizzas, Rissoto, Club sandwiches & Bharwane Aloo, Dal Bukhara, Mushroom Territaki, Lotus stem Dish & much more. The meals reminded me of our choice of food which we go to few very exclusive selected places at Mumbai. Mr Hritik Dwivedi, intern student was the perfect Host who made us an proper & perfect property tour round the entire property. He is the right guide with good knowledge about property. We really enjoyed being at property whole the time with having complete relax time & having good walk at the property round around We would like to also thank for all the hospitality offered from Front Desk for considering our Request & all his replies as & when needed. We would like to also thank for all the hospitality offered by House keeping Mr Chandan Kumar.. House keeping. great experience at the presidential villa. Tarun was great in serving us and provided us all the comforts we expected from a property at this price point. good weekend stay. we had booked the Chola Presidential villa which was massive and conveniently located across the entry of the hotel. spent most of the time indoors due to weather and the fact we had an infant with us. food options could have been more but whatever was available was of the highest quality and taste

Everything was Excellent. The Non-veg options especially Chicken in the Indian cuisine was only one for the main course at Aravali Pavilion. This was Butter Chicken only. Some options like Kadhai Chicken, Chicken Masala etc should be added as Butter Chicke is generally sweet.

The hotel offers incomparable luxury and service. The butler service was out of the world and personalised to a paramount level, especially Atik and Gaurav, who went above and beyond in the duration of my stay. The attention to detail, likes and dislikes, etc. where all noted and certain wants were met without even having to ask for the same. 10/10 would recommend. Definitely a dream destination for a staycation or for hosting a wedding!

Staff was very friendly. Rooms were brilliant. Great breakfast spread. Food quality is excellent. Staff does bespoke preparations on food too. Spa is absolutely majestic. Overall a dream staycation for us and we would visit regularly. Strongly recommended.
