My long stay at hotel would have not been this good without the excellent hospitality from Ajay, Rajiv, Zishaam Ali at their restaurant ’Gallery cafe’. Additionally, Housekeeping staff was equally helpful.

So people how you doin? Hope everyone is doing great 😍 So quite a few days ago we went to this amazing place 'Gallery Café :The Hyatt Place and trust me it was one of the best experiences of my life. The experience was so felt that i definitely cannot explain those moments in words but still gotta write a review 😂🤪 . So starting off with location, the location is very well accessible you guys can reach to this place by any mode of transport you would wish to. It's a 5 star property so you need not to worry about anything ❤️ . So now talking about the ambience, the ambience at this place is super duper cool and really attracts your Eye. You will find this place really hygienic and super comfortable if you are coming here for some special meal times. I personally loved the way the things were set up😍 . Coming on to the most awaited topic "FOOD", i know i know you were waiting for this to be revealed 👀 So personally speaking i really loved the food items we had, we tried quite a lot of varieties from their newly launched menu featuring delicacies handcrafted by their chefs😍. The food was so well prepared with all the love and served with utmost perfection considering proper sanitation and hygiene. ❤️ I would definitely love to recommend Malaysian Chicken Saute and Delhi 'Pandara Road' inspired Butter Chicken OYE HOYE HOYE MAZA HI AAGYA❤️❤️ . What a lovely day spend at Hyatt Palace Gurgaon.Huge parking area.Welcome with drinks. Reception all formalities quick response and Staff members way of talking good . Nice carpet area and Room space was good .Nice view from room.All facilities available inside the room . Room service Quickly.Ordered some snacks . Dinner buffet was lots of options in veg n non veg.All were good. Good Airconditioner rooms . Confrence Rooms and Party Banquet hall available.Multilingual staff available there .

It was an amazing stay at the Hyatt. The hotel staff especially the reservation and the kitchen manager were helpful. With their support and assistance our stay at Gurgaon was amazing. I recommend others to use Hyatt as their optional stay.

Was on the way to the airport and stopped by to grab breakfast. What a beautiful spread with continental and Indian options! Much better than breakfast at aerocity that I have tried. Morning coffee and donuts are a must try. Thumbs up Hyatt Place!

Stayed here a few times and the place is a hit or a miss. Definately not a Hyatt brand, they themselves say they are not Hyatt and are private and simply use Hyatt name. One guy on the front desk says one thing and another the other. Promised a airport transfer as it was a part of the Globalist package upgrade, then denied they were Hyatt brand and lied that there is no car available. Manager refused to show up and lied as not on site. Room in December freezing and when called upon they said they will send someone and never did. Had to personally go to the main lobby at 3AM and request a heater in the room. Sounds like a motel operating under Hyatt. Avoid and try the Grand Hyatt if price isn't an issue for you

The men standing at the reception can sound a bit courteous and look customer-friendly, although I am on a business trip does not mean you make us feel "take it for granted"; next time I will bear in mind to be conservative about other hotels in the vicinity for better CX and feel good factor (missing I felt this time). The rooms are large and housekeeping ensure to keep them neat and clean. Although - the facility in itself is quite old so one should not expect too much out of the stay! I recommend "good food"; especially the north Indian delicacies are made with attention to detail and loved
