A nice luxury hotel in Sector 15 Gurgaon. Has a well equippped gym and spa. Spacios rooms and wide spread for the buffet breakfast. Located centrally and very close to NH 8 makes it ideal for corporate travellers.

We attended a shagun and marriage ceremony of our cousin over there. On both the nights dinner was average. It was a huge disappointed with regard to the reputation I heard of. But the staff was excellent in service of the food and drinks.

I visit at ur property with my freinds the front desk was very courteous and friendly specially a guy named Rohit Solanki, he was very helpful, food quality is good in Monk . Staff at the reservation desk was also very polite and helpful.

It was a great stay and outstanding experience. Must stay at least once to know the warmth reception from staff specially Mr Rohit Solanki. The man is very nice and helpful. Foodlity was very good and taste was auspicious.I recommend to all my near and dear for Galaxy.

There was delay in check in, only one front office lady staff was there on reception. The room given to me was horrible, six to seven times power failure, tv was not working in room. The living room light was also not working, I called maintenance team at 01:00 pm regarding tv but not rectified. Turndown service was rediculous, no replenishment of toiletries, no bathrobe, bed sheet having black dot stains. Even I told to duty manager Vikas regarding bathrobe after that bathrobe was not placed. Wc was dirty and yellow stains. The cake which was placed in my room was rediculous. Each time I called comm center regarding each and every item. Never recommended to anybody. This is not the five star hotel.

This hotel is great for both business and leisure purpose. There are several shops which offers great stuffs for shopping and also for dining. The hotel has an in house spa and also club to get rid of boredom. The service has to be improvised and so is the food as per the standrd of the property.

I had stayed at this hotel for two nights. It is located away from NH -8 near the 32nd milestone. Front office was very slow although it was pre booked. There is free wifi in the rooms but pretty slow. The food is not great to write about. The complimentary breakfast served has limited spread. Check out was faster.
