Came over for a weekend getaway. Located on NH 8 this a decently good place for a family outing. Very well behaved and hospitable staff, neat and clean rooms with an electric kettle and tea bags/coffee on the house. The breakfast spread is good with eggs to order, South indian, poori bhaji, fruits cold cuts et all. Ala Carte menu is average and my recommendation wouod be to stick to Indian food. Fortunately for us thebswiiming pool was functional and they give costumes on hire (Rs 150 for gents and 200 for ladies). I was a bit disappointed by the quality of th water as it was heavily chlorinated so please carry your goggles if you intend to take a dip. They do not serve alcohol and it is not permitted in public areas, so carry it along and have it your room. The mock tails are good and your own alcohol will do the trick. Overall a great family outing.

Park Inn by Radisson is situated at Bilaspur chowk which is approximately 45 minutes from Gurgaon. It is a 96 room hotel and the rooms are well maintained. The housekeeping staff is on their toes and always at our disposal. The hotel does not have any transport facility and anyone staying here needs to have a cab/car with them. There is no Ola/Uber available from this hotel. The bathroom though small, is clean. The restaurant serves multiple cuisines though they do not Italian. The breakfast had a buffet option which had decent varieties. Overall, the food rating is 3.5/5 and 4/5 for the stay.

I would like to write a short one for everyone to read, but I don’t think that is possible. I would like to start the review by thanking very special person, Mr. Pankaj Singh, who is the sales head and with whom my sister coordinated to book my marriage event. He was very helpful and confident and assured her of a great event. We decided to go for it and my sister coordinated from a different city on phone. Mr. Singh made everything look very easy and coordinated us with the decoration person, Mr. Gaurav who also holds a very special place in our hearts. We will come back to him later. First about the hotel and it’s great staff. So, on 24th Nov, we checked in with family and the events were going to start from 25th. Mr. Pankaj Singh never asked us to book any extra rooms, in fact he was of the opinion to book fewer rooms for room guarantee and offered last minute extra rooms if needed at the same price, in the event the price online increased. That was a great help as many of my guests were coming from abroad and almost all from different cities. I felt Mr. Singh as a family who were on our side, trying to help us out in every way possible. Once the events started, all the staff were amazing. I would like to specially mention the following staff for their great service,
Shagun F&B Head : he made sure food was great all the time. We loved the food. Devender Banquet Manager : Great job with the banquet and the service team. Arvinder Restaurant Manager : great job at the buffet. Amandeep Snr Capatain : tremendous job Sapna Sales Manager : tremendous job Chef Min Executive chef : tremendous job Sandeep Front Office Manager : tremendous job Basant Housekeeper : tremendous job
All the staff took great care to make our wedding a great event.
I would also like to thank Gaurav, the person in charge of decoration. I started coordinating with him from US and sometimes I talked with him till it was 1 am in India and he always listened patiently. When I arrived in india, I told him to do his best and I left it to him, as it was getting too crazy to decide everything. I am glad that I left it for him. He did an absolutely marvelous job with the decoration. It was great and everyone loved it.
Words won’t end to thank people who worked so hard to make our days so special and that gratitude will forever remain in our hearts. For now, I will stop my review, but my last words will be that it’s a perfect place for a destination wedding near Delhi/Noida/Gurgaon.

I had stay in park inn radisson and this was the third time i booked this hotel and one thing which i felt is day by day they are degrading in terms of services. The receptionist provided me the the acces card of room and when i try to unlock the room the acces card didn't work, and when i spoke to the front desk they sent room service boy and he open the room with master card, also no professionalism. They waited me for so long while doing the check out. Earlier it was great experience to stay in this hotel but currently suggest everyone to not to waste your money on such bad hotel.

An incredibly fantastic experience to stay at the Park Inn Hotel by Radisson. The modern architecture, decor and the sheer grand size of the hotel lobby will leave you awestruck. At the reception, impeccable hospitality and service awaits you as the highly qualified management and staff will make every effort to provide you with a heavenly experience.
The pleasant greetings given by the doorman, the welcoming smiles from the staff at reception, the interpersonal expertise and lovely smile worn by the delightful Ms. Neha are all to be commended. This wonder team led by the executive will of Pankaj Sir are a force in the hospitality domain, a force to be reckoned with.
The rooms are quaint with a royal Navy palette on the walls, modern electronic lightings and LEDs, a very luxurious bed and the disarmingly safe chair(Singhasan) under a huge lamp together with all the other amenities(central AC, HDTV Display, modern bathroom with exquisite fittings) will ensure you experience the most distinct high class ambience.

Over pushed at work, needed break nearby, thought of several options like Agra, however found nearby Delhi and experimented for the first time. Hotel rooms were made available around 2pm, so we preferred to reach around 2pm. Celebrated Relaxed, rejuvenated weekend break. Thanked the Hotel Staff for their services and support and came back home by 1, just an hour drive back home.

I have been trying to get in touch with Food & Beverage team to book a table for 2 Pax at Park Inn since last 48 hours. As if now, I have spoken to at least 10 different people and still no revert.
