The hotel is a nice boutique hotel. Rooms are nicely made up. The best advantage is that it even has a bath tub.. Very nice hotel as per the budget.. Location is also nice. I wanted a hotel close to sheetla mata temple and kingdom of dreams. So it was quite decently placed in between both the places..

Very good hotel in the prime (old area) location, very spacious room, good spread of buffet breakfast. Good food for lunch and dinner, all at very economical rate. Staff members should be more professional.

I travelled with my family and booked 2 rooms for 4 nights in March 2017. I expected rooms just as advertised on the internet. Instead we were given 2 shabby rooms stinking of smoking. Plaster in one room was coming of the wall in sleeping area, dirty bathroom, blocked sink in the kitchen area and dusty drapes in the rooms. Breakfast was shockingly poor quality and limited variety, but more shockingly- flies on food, mosquitoes biting and not enough plates or cutlery on the table. Then we noticed while having the so-called breakfast (as no other immediate choice around) that there was a much better and cleaner entrance and lobby on this side of the hotel, like a best kept secret! One of the kitchen staff told us, un-intentionally, that this side was mostly reserved for the foreigners, especially Japanese clients! This was shocking- discrimination of Indians by Indians in India!! So I went to the reception and said to the manager that we would be interested in returning to the hotel in few months time, but provided there were better rooms. Not attracted to business opportunity, manager sent someone to show us room in the 'Secret side' of the hotel (room numbers starting with 600s). To our surprise- these rooms were 100% better and cleaner than the crappy old rooms given to us! what else? At the same price too!!! When I confronted the manager, he seemed least bothered and shamelessly admitted what the kitchen staff member had told us. Not even an apology given. I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy.
