Spent a night at this property and it was really a good experience. The staff was really good and supportive, the food was awesome and the room was spacious, clean, very well maintained and well lit. The Covid protocol were maintained and the overall ambience was extremely good. Enjoyed my stay.
Attended a Friend's function at this property. Honesty, I didn't know it existed before yesterday. This is a boutique hotel located close to HUDA metro station and sector 29 ( Leisure Valley). Being a corner property, it has well utilised the lawn for additional party space. All in all, the ambience was good and the food was also good. However even the moon has spots... The hotel needs to put more effort in ensuring the cleanliness and hygienic conditions. I took 2 plates at the buffet, and both the plates were a little dirty. Though the Stewart changed them, however not expected in a hotel. Wishing the very best for future
I hosted my son's 1st bday party in Clarens Ladera. Ambience: It is a wonderful location on ground floor with white marbles, pathway and greenery all around. Overall a great location to host a part of about 100 guests. Food and Service: Starters were ok but the main course was delicious. They maintain a good hygiene. The whole team of Clarens is customer friendly. Did not face any issues from the staff. Special mention for Surbhi. I did all the bookings through her and she ensured everything is fine and as per schedule.
I had made a booking directly at the hotel for a social gathering for a night function. Everything was well taken care of while i was about to make the advance payment for booking. They agreed on almost everything i asked. Own DJ (till 11 PM and post that slow music unless we receive a complaint from nearby areas), Own Decoration, Changes in the menu from the standard one and i made the advance payment. Now coming to the issue on the day of fuction (and this is my brother's engagement) Duty manager Lalit comes and informs DJ at 10:30 to shut it down (no discussion with me). DJ Stops and from 10:30 to 10-:45 he argues with me that it wont switch on and that I speak to Rahul (hotel manager) who took the booking (as if it was my duty and i made a mistake and that i should not enjoy the engagement rather talk to his manager). After a lot of to and fro, DJ starts at slow music and at 11:00 AM that it will be on till the performance (yes we prepared dance for the function) within 15 min, Lalit cuts the light and the DJ Stops (another 15 min. pass by in arguments with Lalit that it was allowed only for 15 min.) Luckily through some know contacts at the hotel, DJ starts and finally shuts at 11:45 (all this is at such a low volume that only the people around the DJ could hear the music. My issues 1. Hotel manager should have informed about our deal on DJ 2. Lalit has no sense on how to deal with customers, (who argues and tell the customer to speak to the hotel manager, wasn't is suppose to be done by him and I enjoy the function in the mean time) 3. Even after approval Lalit cuts off the light in the middle of a performance. Highly suggest 1. You take everything in writing 2. Ensure Lalit is not on duty on that day to ruin your function. 3. BOOK AT YOUR OWN RISK Oh i forgot to inform, they have a Club and the noise from that club was at-least coming till the parking and Lalit did not have an issue there at all.…
Stayed at this place for 4 nights . Very average hotel with a costly price tag . Rooms are very small. Bathroom is smaller . Looks like a roadside inn. Worst thing is music comes to your room till wee hours of the night . There is a rooftop bar at top of the hotel . The breakfast buffet service is pathetic . Too less options . And whatever they served was cold (looked like leftovers from previous night ) . Wasn’t satisfied with this hotel .
