As other reviews have mentioned this is an exceptional luxury hotel on a beautiful campus. As soon as you enter you are struck by the beautiful architecture and landscaping which seems a world away from the busy location of the hotel.
The hotel is spotlessly clean, all the time staying there I could constantly see people cleaning or tidying and the staff were very attentive to all needs.
The leisure club was excellent with a beautifully set pool, and the food was excellent, if slightly pricey for Delhi.
Overall a beautiful stay.

Very nice hotel, had a late check in, was picked up by Mr. Prabhat from the airport. Room spacious, nice, well trained staff, very nice breakfast options. Will certainly stay here again when I need to go to Delhi.
Check in was smooth, in fact, they had pre-checked me in and finished checking in the room as I was tired.

An oasis of tranquility and unparalleled service, the Trident Gurgaon is always a delight. On our return after several months we were reminded of the impeccable service at this beautiful hotel. We would like to thank the management and staff for their amazing attention to detail and care shown during our stay. We would particularly like to share our gratitude to Chef Suman,whose meticulous attention to detail made every meal a masterpiece. Anshul, Abhishek and all the staff in the restaurant remembered our preferences and excelled in their dedicated service. Our suite was perfectly presented with our favourite mineral water provided without request. Finally we would like to applaud Prayank , the magician in the laundry department, our clothes were restored perfectly after suffering all the rigours of travelling in India.The overall professionalism of this hotel is outstanding and we cannot recommend it enough. We decided to spend our last 2 nights in India a bit closer to the airport. We knew the area was busy but amazingly we found the Trident to be a sanctuary of peace. The reflection pools and architecture are pure peace and tranquility. The dining area has a domed ceiling that is 63ft high. The whole hotel is light and airy and beautiful. The rooms are excellent and our view over the pool was stunning. The food was amazing. Breakfast was everything you could think of, including an omlette chef and a full menu if you couldn’t find what you wanted in the beautiful buffet. We had dinner at the buffet both nights and it was perfect, so much choice and several chefs available to cook fresh stir fry’s, fresh pasta plus traditional food. It was all amazing. The customer service was second to done. All of the staff were top class and we could not fault them, their sole objective is to make sure you are happy, and they achieved that in bucket loads. We did have particularly good service from the following staff:

Our stay was the best and we highly recommend anyone staying in or near Delhi pays it a visit. Finally we would like to thank the housekeeping staff who so kindly took the liberty of taking our wet swimming and pool clothes whilst we were shopping, dried them, folded them and then returned them wrapping in a beautiful cloth and placed in a basket with a rose on top back to our room. They also gave us a a mouse mat to use for our computer and Velcro tied all our charging cables neatly out of our way. They put flowers in the room and fresh fruit each day too. The attention to detail blew us away. I honestly did not want to go home, we felt so special.

We would like to Appreciate & thank Chef MS Mitali Chugh who was on duty at the Breakfast on the morning of our anniversary 3rd feb 2024. She was very warm and polite and we loved the dishes that she made. She even went out of the way to make some Mickey Mouse pancakes for our son that were devoured in minutes. We really appreciate her hospitality and the passion she has for her work. We also thank Chef Suman who was very warm and friendly and was kind enough to give us a special cake when he learnt that it was our anniversary. We wish Chef Mitali & Chef Suman and his Team the very Best ! We liked the property, Unfortunately the surrounding Buildings now are a spoiler to the scenario. Rooms were well appointed. Everything was good. However we would like to give feedback that Ms. Inda who was the guest relations executive. She has to learn when to leave the guests alone. Even our 7 year old had to tell her that he cannot talk with his mouth full. She has to learn that in the name of building rapport she cannot invite herself to be with the guests and disturb the privacy especially while dining. 2 times on different days she came over and would just not leave. She has to learn that Rapport building or finding out the well being of the guests is where it should end. She should not drag her presence unnecessarily and take the nonverbal and verbal cues from the guests. Also to ask for a good review just after handing out a complimentary soft toy is very cheap. This was a definite bad experience during the stay.

A resort hotel with all the comforts of a 5 star hotel. Beautifully landscaped gardens with palm trees and most of the rooms are on the ground floor with either a pool or garden view. There is a beautiful pool with loungers under great Frangipani trees which provide a natural shade from the sun. The pool attendant offers you a most welcome ice cold bottle of water. The room we stayed in was a Deluxe double room which was spacious, light , airy and stylishly decorated. The toiletries are by Kama Ayurveda and generous in size and replenished daily. The service from the staff from Checking in to house keeping, in room dining to luggage and transportation is excellent and courteous. A special mention to Suman in checking in, Chetan the restaurant manager in the Cilantro restaurant for offering to take breakfast to our room for my husband who was feeling a bit under the weather. Thanks to Rahul from the restaurant and Shamson from in room dining. A special mention for Harshil who helped us book an Uber from the hotel grounds and Adityah who went right outside the grounds to direct the taxi driver into the hotel. The hotel staff are very well trained and do not expect or accept tips which is refreshing.

The Trident is an amazing hotel! The staff goes above and beyond every minute of every day! I was there for business and they were there to pick me up at my office even at 3am! When I wasn't feeling well the kitchen staff recommended meals that would help me feel better, and they truly DID make me feel better! The laundry service fixed a hole I had in a garment without me even asking! When my phone died, they sent a staff member with me to go shopping to be able to call the car back for me and also help translate my needs while shopping.
The property is also so stunning and relaxing! Multiple perfectly maintained greenspaces where you can sit and relax and one of the most beautiful pools I've seen in that area! The water was at a perfect temperature and so nice to be in and around the pool relaxing. The fitness center is well equipped and stocked with healthy snacks and water while you workout.
Already looking forward to my next stay at The Trident!!

A Fantastic stay with family on the Holiday weekend. Made memorable by great experience in service excellence. From the time of checkin to checkout. , the team is new but kudos to the GM for driving a culture of excellence Rooms well maintained water bodies maintained and clean some broken tiles were visible House Keeping services. Immaculate. Room service first day was slow but it got covered in the other 2 orders staff again very polite and hospitable the food ordered top quality , breakfast both days excellent loved the egg Benedict made to perfection so was the croissant , orange juice and the perfect latte at the perfect temperature , service was well arranged. , the first day service for lunch was slow and prolonged for a simple order, the outdoor door bar area excellent with great music perfect place to unwind , pool area excellent my son had fantastic time both evenings at the pool . Front Office staff excellent The lobby Fragnance and flowers top quality , the valets the guards all on alert 2nd day they recognised the car when we came back , bathroom hot water temperature just perfect , Executive Chef Anuj Mathur runs a fab food options Continental food excellent Pan Asian Excellent Tiramisu one of the best I had Over all a 10|10 experience woud recommend for future stays .

It's a wonderful stay experience. My stays was comfortable and memorable. My check-in was fast and hasselfree. My check-in was well handled by Mr Vansh underthe leadership of Duty manager Mr Aatsh. Room is very comfortable. I like the ambience and interior spl. entrance, garden and lobby area. As always I had a great time in Lyrah under Ms Anushkriti Negi, Mr Rohan, Deepak Avinash, Kanishk and Saurabh had take care of my preferences. I love the the beetroot Kanji. In housekeeping Ms Deepa & Mr Dinesh had gave personally attention and make sure that everything is perfect. I like the beautiful gift by Mr Anmol and Deepak from Housekeeping. I must thank them for their loving gesture. From housekeeping Ms Vishnu, Aryansh and Rajat for making my 3 night stay comfortable. I had enjoy my room dinning chef Vidusha had made food delicious and Ms Aditi had served it very well with her gorgeous smile. My breakfast experience was delicious and wonderful under the supervision of Mr Abhishek. Ms Jasleen, Deep Jyoti, Sonam, Shanya and Mr Aman had arranged the table for me and served the delicious cuisine. Chef Suman had given his personal attention and I love the spicy Green chilly Masala Uttapam by him. Ms Gurleen had welcome me with her gorgeous smile when late I had returned back late night in hotel. Mr Anurag, Kushagra always keep my room key ready. Mr Harash Twagi, Aditya and Pradyam had taken proper care of my language both at the time of Check-in and checkout. Mr Saurav had made my checkout experince hasselfree. Nestled in Gurgaon, this resort style property gives you a much needed “nature” break in the otherwise “corporate dominant” city. The hotel is an amazing price of architecture with lush greenery and water bodies, giving you a peaceful vibe. The hotel check-in, check-out, room service and housekeeping is TOP notch. The rooms are spacious with abundant natural light and lovely views of the garden &/or water bodies. The food at Cilantro, Saffron is extremely tasty- customised as per you needs. Overall, a very comfortable stay and an outstanding experience!

The hotel will change cash at a rate very close to the bank's.
There is no ATM as I recall, so you can use the one at the airport although the rate will not be so competitive.
There are ATMs in most major banks and you can use credit cards widely.
When we were there, we saw a couple of kids running around the restaurant and climbing on blocks. We also noticed the staff engage beautifully and respectfully with the kids (going down to the their level) and not sure what they did, but they had little angels in the restaurant in a very short time.
