We always luv to be there for evening time ,if wanna spend some relaxing time....and trident n its staff never disappoint us.....yesterday I visited for my dinner and d best part .... I am going thru some health issues so I just requested them for a dinner without onion n garlic n chef Ram &Gurleen did a tremendous job...I just had a so delicious food after long...n when we had a Rasmalai...Oh my God...it was a lip smacking experience....I wud like to thank Mr Monu &Piyush who always welcome us so warmly n make our visit so memorable....so see u guys soon...💗💗💗

Went here recently for a staycation with family and friends. We were a big group of about 20 people and the experience was amazing ! Had a comfortable stay and the staff, especially Mr. Vishesh Mathur and Mr. Navdeep were extremely hospitable. They ensured we got everything that we asked for and made it a memorable stay for us. The property is gorgeous and gives a very resort-like feel. Definitely a must visit!

We chose this property for a weekend 2 nights stay as it was my son’s 10th birthday and we were missing a resort stay for a year and half. The biggest advantage is the location you can’t get a better located small resort with great architecture, open spaces, greens and beautiful water bodies in entire Delhi NCR. We were upgraded to pool view rooms as we booked directly on the Hotel website. The view from the room is amazing very refreshing not to be missed. We didn’t step out and relished the hotel food, tried out all the cuisines and thoroughly enjoyed them. Requested the hotel to organise activities for the 4 children ( ages 10 to 15 ) and they were happy to do it. They enjoyed Pizza making, Mocktails making, Gardening and a guided tour of the property. It was wonderful to learn that the hotel was running 100% on Solar Energy (so eco friendly) Found the team to be working passionately with a lot of enthusiasm offering their best services. They took very good care of us. Thank You Team Trident Gurgaon for making our stay a memorable experience A special thanks to Vishesh from front office Reservations team to make all the special demanding arrangements for us. F&B team Harsh, Krishna. Great service by Nitin, Sachin, Luv The entire Chef Team and trainee Chef Shiva Vartika for the guided tour and also serving Breakfast Not to forget mentioning the Housekeeping team Pallaw n Angeela always behind the scenes but ensuring rooms / baths are super clean. We had 15 rooms at Trident Gurugram on 24 and 25 July 2021. Impeccable service true to Oberoi standards. Everything from rooms to F&B to service was best in class. Calling out staff - Piyush / Manav / Nitin and Harsh. Thank you guys. You were amazing.
