The reason why it I chose this hotel was because it is next to the metro station (HUDA city centre). Room was neat and clean and the staff was courteous enough in helping me arrange a cab to my office. It is definitely a budget hotel but a good one at that.

Staff was unpolite, food was rubbish, Reception was uncooperative and rude upon complaint. Highly unrecommended. Reception even fought us. No parking and also small rooms compared to other hotels in the area.

I stayed at the hotel for little over a month. I was new to the city but please read below my detailed experiences:
1. The reception staff namely Mr. Deepak and Ms. Devika are very hospitable and friendly.
2. The housekeeping staff are very helpful as well especially Mr. Morris.
3. However it is a complete contrast when it comes to the OWNER HERSELF. SHE IS EXTREMELY ARROGANT AND RUDE. Something which can never coexist with hospitality. She would much rather prefer playing loud music in the lobby for “ambience” OVER CUSTOMER COMFORT even when the loudspeaker is outside guest room. I was staying in room 002.
The owners response is that at ground floor you should “expect disturbance” and that the music speaker is mandatory such that she doesn’t care for customer comfort.
4. I travel and stay at 5 and 7 star hotels for a living. It was unfortunate that I had to spend time at this hotel where the staff themselves are very scared of the owner.
5. Lastly it is a “love” hotel, you will mostly find couples coming there to rent rooms for a few hours for personal time (this is fyi only)
The air conditioners all are poor, old, rented units. The TVs are mostly have expired set top boxes.
I personally have experienced drunk customers making a hue and cry in the lobby at 03:30 am.
To which again the owner response “ we get all kinds of guests” so basically she doesn’t care.
In summary, the staff of the hotel is very accommodating, the clientele is very shady and the owner herself is delusional in regards to the quality of the hotel stay provided and has no consideration towards guests who might be resting or sleeping or napping, all she worries about is the “AMBIENCE”.
P.S. you will find multiple hotels down the road for marginally more tariff with way better services.
I wish everyone a pleasant stay in gurgaon.

Too Costly or was fooled - Paid 4000 per night for room. Went for direct payment instead of using booking apps like tripAdvisor or Trivago. Too costly for the quality of room and service. Paid around same for a 4 start hotel (Park inn civil line Gurugram) and services were uncomparable.
Room Service - Service was ordinary. Nothing that can be highlighted or be happy about. They even forgot one of my room orders.
Food - Very bad quality. My veg biryani had FLY in it, which was nicely fried along with the food. When showed to the manager I got an apology in response.
Overall - very ordinary. Not at all worth the money i paid. I might have been fooled.
