I stayed in Delhi after arriving on a tour of North India. It is located on the main road in the redeveloped area of Gurgaon, a suburb southwest of Delhi, so it is not an environment where you can just check in and go out somewhere. The hotel is quite high quality and the building does not feel cheaply constructed. The staff speak English and are all very kind. The corridors on the guest floor are also very clean and carpeted. The room was a fairly large double bed room, but the beds can also be separated. There is a closet right next to the room, and the closet has a door to the adjacent bathroom, so I thought it was very user-friendly. The bathroom also has marble floors and walls, giving it a luxurious feel. It is quite spacious, so you can use it without stress. There is only a shower without a bathtub, but it is large so it is not a problem even if there is no shower curtain. There was no problem with the temperature or amount of hot water. The water in the sink contains salt for disinfection, so I think it is better to use mineral water for brushing your teeth. I had dinner on arrival and breakfast the next morning at the restaurant on the first floor. I was surprised at the variety of food and enjoyed North Indian cuisine, including desserts. It was buffet style, but the food was very good.

We would like to thank you very much for making our sons wedding event so special and perfect!. Our family and friends had a great time. We are so grateful for your professionalism and courteous staff. The ambience, food, personal touch given by the entire staff is much appreciated. Special thanks to the sales manager Mrs Sushma to understand the requirements and then schedule the events and handling the entire event. Mr Dinesh the chef is excellent right from helping deciding on the menu and taking care of the food taste of all the dishes prepared and being served during the events. The front desk Mr Anurag and the front office staff Mr Puspendra were very helpful and accommodative at the time of check in. We were assigned the driver Mr Rakesh who was very understanding and always ready. Thank you to the entire security and Pllazio staff for taking such good care of us and making us feel special during our stay. Me and my wife stayed at the The Pllazio for two nights as a part of a tour .We were received well at the reception.The check out process was smooth . I find the staff very attentive and co-operative like Special thanks to Ashish from reception who attend each & every guest with a pleasent behaviour.He should have to promoto because his speaking skills is too much satisfied The rooms were large and was well maintained and very clean.The breakfast served was very good and so too the other meals we had there.The SPA was good and we had a real relaxing massage Hotel has got a great location. They have maintained good greenery and it feels very pleasant especially in the evening. Rooms are not too much satisfied but neat and clean, very comfortable and with all modern facilities. Food quality is best in The pllazio. Restaurant having good ambiance. Overall i am very satisfied to stay in the pllazio & recommend everyone to stay here in the pllazio.. Thank you so much guys to make my stay comfortable & special thank to Ashish as well.I am coming for another visit at beetle soon.

Not a five star at all. Room Doors does not have door closures. They supply only one hand towel. Toiletries supplied are of sone local quality and not upto the mark. Food quality is not good at all esp South indian. They could not make proper uttapam. One day parantha served was good, next day it was pathetic with almost zero filling of paneer and Aloo. Capucchino was the worst capucchino with zero froth. They need to calibrate the coffee vending machine. Pizza oven was down. Had to order from outside. Though scanner is installed but no body’s luggage was being scanned.
In room dining, Housekeeping, all numbers you dial and front desk will only pick. No problem with that but doesn’t matches the standards of five star.
Now the good side : Staff is very nice, polite and helpful esp all the guys n girls on front desk. Gate Marshall was very nice n helpful. Rooms are decent in size and bathrooms are also good. Other items in breakfast and in room dining were fine.
In all good infrastructure created with decent staff but lacks serious maintenance and food quality n consistency.

Excellent service and infrastructure. Great ambiance and awesome food. Got early check-in and a baby cot as requested. The staff is very friendly and made us comfortable. specially MR. Balwant Rawat Room service was pretty fast. Even in Raddison Blu the service used to take 1 hour+ but here in Plazzio, it took just 5-15 mins, every time we needed something. The kettle stopped working and was replaced within 15 minutes. In-room, dining took less than 30 mins to arrive (piping hot). Awesome experience. Totally value for money. A complimentary breakfast buffet is the king. Great variety and delicious food. Will surely stay here again.

The exterior n lobby of the hotel is quite impressive but the rooms n front desk staff fall short. The 2 men at the front desk were surly looking hardly even cracking a smile. When I asked if they would break a 500 rupee note for me, the reply was rather curt, no. The room was very basic. 1 hand towel, no face towels,2 bath towels. The room safe was archaic. The only redeeming grace for this hotel is the Melange cafe. The food was fine but the kitchen staff n wait staff came over to ask if we were enjoying our food n if we needed help. Good for a night to save the long trip to the airport from the city especially if you have an early flight to catch

I need a quick place to stay in Gurgaon for three nights so I choose thise hotel. The third party travel website said thaat this was 5 star but it kind of gave like a 4 star feel. The service was fine and so was the breakfast spread but I felt that the cold meat section of the breakfast wasn't really fresh. Otherwise good breakfast and effort by the staff. They were courteous and had a smile on their face and the hotel was value for money. I also had dinner at their restaurant during my stay which was a decent meal and I order one of the my meals to my room. I noticed that due to the Covid-19 pandemic the hotel administration does not allow Swiggy or Zomato food. The food was delicious but the hotel staff should consider adding some more items on their menu. Otherwise great 3 night stay and I would suggest others should consider staying at the Plazzio for its location, service and overall value for money.

During May i have stayed more than a week at this Hotel. Overall feedback is great. This hotel and staff are the symbol of commitment to serve the customer and having the great experience. I would like to share the one incident, i have found there was no entrance at bath area in room and share my concerns at reception. In few mins Hotel Manager Ms. Neha Sagar reached out to me hear the concerns and assuring the update. In all surprise, in evening i see they have fixed with quick solution to ensure Customer doesn´t face any challenges. This is to address the customer concern with priority.
Food and Breakfast is just amazing with ground staff is very quick and responsive for anything you require. Perhaps, one of the best food-breakfast i had in any Hotel especially in India after long time.
I had a checkout at 6.15 AM in the morning to catch my flight, out of all pleasant surprise received the call that they have kept ready the breakfast early morning and i should not leave the hotel without having it. Note - Their breakfast timing is 7 to 10.30 AM.
So Thank you Ms Neha Sagar and all the hotel staff (especially food and breakfast staff) for all the hospitality during my stay.
I would strongly recommend this hotel as Family, Business, Dinner and any kind of stay.
