It is always a pleasure to stay at DoubleTree Gurgaon. This is one of the well run properties ideally suited for business travel. Staff are very professional and go out of their way to make your stay comfortable. This is my 6th stay and I will be coming back in February 2024. Staff are the reason why this place is so successful in terms of meeting travelers expectation. Front office Staff Pia Sethi and Janki , Restaurant staff Hirsh and Pinky made my visit memorable. They were always there to assist me whether it is check in, breakfast or dinner. This place is spotless and flower decorations in the lobby is amazing. Now, they have reopened the Spa and gym is maintained in top order. Finally, if you are fan of public transport, there is Rapid Metro that connects easily to Delhi Metro at Sikkanderpur Station. Food at the restaurant has lots of varieties and only thing they can improve is the small water bottles served in the restaurant. I know some travelers prefer plastic water bottles buy if the hotel can offer glass water bottles filled with water, most travelers take it (they do it at Ibis Hotel on Golf Course Road). Overall, it is great to come back to DoubleTree Hotel

We stayed here for a few days and was a great experience. The staff is very helpful and polite, especially the cleaning person Narayan who quietly and helpfully did his job, was very prompt and thorough, he went out of his way to make our stay comfortable - especially as he had to clean the room while we were on work calls hovering around the room. The rooms are clean, and we found them to be quiet at night, despite lots of guest lobby movement at night.
The in room dining food was great, the breakfast had tons of options. Some of the room lights were not working, but it was overall fine. The room size is pretty big, and the hotel is in the heart of golf course road so tons of options to eat, and go out. They could offer better coffee / tea options in the room pantry, and place some glasses / cutlery for guest’s use.
Overall, we were very comfortable and will stay here again.

I have checked in as a Diamond Member, expecting a top-tier experience. Unfortunately, my stay started far from pleasant. Despite my status, my request for a welcome cookie was completely ignored by the reception folks, setting the tone for my visit.
The hotel has refused to provide complementary breakfast for the additional guest under my membership that is clearly a part of the Diamond Member benefits. Instead, they attempted to deceive my guest with excuses, which was quite disappointing. The staff on night shift were very unprofessional and rude during our interactions, which only added to my frustration.
Room service was another major letdown. Requests are extremely delayed, turning what should have been a relaxing stay into a stressful ordeal.
Overall, this experience did not meet the standards I expect from this hotel. I hope management takes these issues seriously and improves their service for future guests. Until then, I cannot recommend staying here, especially for loyal Diamond Members who expect and deserve better.
I guess all the previous gems(staff) have left the hotel.

I stayed at this hotel for a week whilst on business in Delhi.
Throughout my stay the room was very well cared for and the housekeeping staff were extremely polite and attentive. Thank you Ajay. I would recommend this hotel.

Hilton hotels usually pride themselves with regard to their adherence to basic hygiene, but recently their property at Golf Course Road Gurgaon showed signs of joining other sub-par hotels on the cleanliness front. Their duvet covers and sheets were stained and had hair all over them. Due to the lateness of the hour, we covered the bed with a shawl and went to sleep on the bed. Next morning, we showed the beds to one of the hotel managers and he was most apologetic and assured us that they would take more care in future.

My recent staycation for my birthday was a delightful escape. The hotel staff greeted me with a warm welcome and of course the famous chocolate chip cookie!
Room was upgraded and so beautifully setup.
We had a quick stop at the hotel’s executive lounge and to my surprise their entire team came with a delicious cake ❤️ thanks to Pia, Simran & Ruby for this!
The breakfast had a great variety of indian and international cuisines and we were taken care by the lovely ladies - Reena & Sweety!
Overall, my staycation was a perfect blend of relaxation and celebration, making my birthday truly memorable.

I had an amazing stay at the double tree Hilton Gurgaon.
I needed an early check in as my flight was arriving in the morning. I rang and spoke to Dheeraj. He was very polite and arranged an early check in. On my arrival at the hotel, he greeted me, arranged a very prompt check in and within minutes I was in my room. Simply too good.
In dining area Lalit has always warmly welcomed me. Gaurav and Harish Chander specially cooked us a superb vegetarian meal - delicious.
At reception Rajat has always been very helpful. On one occasion there was a note left for me -on seeing me Rajat came running to hand it over to me.
Pawan in the lounge worked hard to please all the customers.
My wife lost an item in the room. Narayan tried his best to find it but despite all his efforts we were not able to find it. Any way many thanks to Narayan for his efforts.
I appreciate I am a Diamond member and do recieve extra attention at the Hilton Hotels but in Gurgaon it was over the top.
Just one suggestion, the electric plugs in the room were not upto the mark and user friendly. An electrician did call but struggled to get them working normally.
Overall an excellent stay. Very well looked after.

In India you should always use bottled water. Usually the hotel left 4 bottles everyday for me.
