Polite and courteous staff, rooms are decent in terms of space and amenities and were clean. The washrooms were little small, were clean. We had to ask for the toiletries and they were available, was expecting it to be placed there beforehand. Rest it was a decent trip. This was the second time I stayed there.

Have changed a room at 10:30 pm for a room with working AC. Unfortunately it doesn’t work in the new room as well. The staff is reluctant and unwilling to help. Giving me a sleepless night, it’s 1:55 am

The food at Cube restaurant of Effotel is excellent. The staff at the restaurant is very co-operative and friendly. Particularly we were served by Deepak. He was very nice. Also, Mr. Subhash was also good in explaining the options. In fact, they were nice to prepare baked vegetables for us.

All snacks were lip smacking. Staff members were courteous and served us really well. Main course was tasty 😋. Overall it was a great dine out experience. Location is easily accessible and centrally located in Gurgaon, very close to Huda City Center Metro station.
