As an Airbnb Superhost myself, I have had a lot of experience with the hotel industry. Spoontree is one of the most welcoming places I have stayed at. The rooms are large and clean, the staff and owners are prompt with their support and help, the amenities and plentiful and the food is delicious. I travel to this area at least 10 times a year and every time I come here I feel like I'm home.
Horrible staffs esp the lady Nd the old guy at the reception both r extremely rude.my visit was in 2017-it was our mistake to go there reading the reviews .. pathetic food and noisy room..when we complained their response were rude and they also lied and insulted us on air Bnb..surprised to see that there is no change and they still in the business..now looking at the recent bad (real)reviews I can say that they were either paid or by friends/relatives .. don’t know how can anyone tolerate such people after spending ther hard earned money.. more than a Bnb it is a poor shady lodge run by unprofessionals. Ther arrogance is visible in their responds to complaints. Travellers please keep yourself away from this place.
I stayed twice at that place during my 2-month trip in India. It's ideally located if you want to be close to New Delhi and the airport. The rooms are well equipped and there is room service so perfect if you don't feel to go out. The neighborhood is very quiet so perfect to have some rest. The staff is very helpful. Transportation to move around is easy.
Great place if you need to be in the area. One of Gurgaon's most quiet neighborhoods. Staff was very good. Whenever I came or went someone appeared ready to offer service without being intrusive. I liked the big room but mobile service was weak in that part of the building, not uncommon in Gurgaon. Bedding and bath towels and all amenities in the room were what you expect from a better quality hotel. These days if a hotel gets everything right it's a big accomplishment. I think Spoontree did.
Spoontree is by far the best hotel i have stayed in, i stayed there for 4 days,From cleanliness , homely and tasty food to prompt and friendly staff, i have absolutely no complaints whatsoever, for this price i am sure you won't find a better hotel, worth every penny. The location is away from the highway and that gives u a peaceful ambience.A word out to the owner Mrs.Swetha Sharma , you have done an amazing job running this place and i wish you all the best for your future endeavors and the future of spoontree. Thank you for the amazing service you have provided us and for treating us as guests than customers. Regards, A happy guest.
This was my second trip to Spoontree and it was as exceptional as the first. The management was very accommodating and went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. A very special thanks to Subash for making sure that all my requests were attended to. I would recommend Spoontree in a heartbeat!!
Decided to take a punt on an upmarket BnB because could not afford top-rated hotel. It is non-smoking, and reviews around the Spoontree are consistently good. There was no need to worry: we got very well looked after: Philip and Shweta, well-travelled and cultured, were calm, pleasant and had solutions and answers to all our many enquiries. They went well out of their way to help us settle in and recommend various arrangements for us to get around, including to and from the cricket ground. They maintain a clean house with a well-maintained little lovely garden, to admire while waiting for a taxi. In practical terms, Philip & Vikram soon got a working local SIM card & set it up in my wife's phone - we are technologically challenged so this was a massive help!. Special mention also to Subhash and the housekeeping staff. They are very modest, and live to make people feel welcome and comfortable. India is disorientating. You can cocoon yourself in a pricey hotel, or opt for something like the Spoontree, with its stability and homeliness, friendly and helpful people, and a good location in a peaceful residential area close to Gurgaon, which Uber or taxi drivers can find quickly so we were never waiting long. Recommended!…
When I moved to Gurgaon from Calcutta, it was SpoonTree BnB where I spent around a year while trying to start and settle my dairy farm. On my first visit I liked the place. The rooms are quite spacious and with basic amenities. The location of SpoonTree is very ideal with metro, autos, malls and a market, all at walking distance. The evening dinner is always fresh and tasty. The hosts - Phillip & Shweta are always ready to help and guide new comers like me. I did spent lot of time chit chatting with them. Even the staff is very cordial, trust worthy and always with a smile.
this place met all of our needs and much beyond that, comfort that is found at home ,hospitality like the natives and amazing facilities , we stayed there for 7 days and we took back only life long memories,it was our home in India and we just loved it ..thank you for everything Spoontree.
Interiors are very good, gives a nice homely feeling. Wonderful and welcoming hosts, the food is very fresh and delicious. Away from the buzy city, great way to experience Delhi / Gurugram. Looking forward to my next visit.
