This was my 4 visit to hotel due to my business trips. Hotel is located in the centre of the city and all the major areas are nearby as per my business requirements.Hospitality is superb and they always block room as per my preference.Best part is that hotel is non smoking which is good for travellers.

Saudan Singh helped me repeatedly as i get locked out of my room number 3008. The guy whose duty was at the reception at night also was very helpful to get the neighbour's volume of songs decreased. Thank you but bad that this issue was not dealt with all throughout the day. Overall great people that are serving but the technical issues must be dealt with care and quickly before it becomes a bigger issue for the hotel.
