I am an avid staycationer, and stumbled upon a this hotel which is located in the heart of gurugram. It was an wonderful experience staying in the property.
They have taken all necessary precautions in light of the COVID scenario. The staff always wears masks and they are very strict about ensuring people also do so. Lifts have sanitizers inside of them and the lifts are controlled by staff, no more than 4 passengers are allowed. Temperature checks are done and all staff were courteous.
Mayank in front office was very helpful and greeted me with warmth.
In a nutshell, the stay was an amalgamation of good service, delicious food & excellent value for money.
The rooms are huge and lot of seating options are there inside of the room, instead of generic hotels where the rooms in narrow and feels so claustrophobic.

I stayed here for a week just after Covid 2nd wave hit India, and I must say I was extremely impressed by everything from cleanliness, customer service, hand sanitizers everywhere, temperature checks at entry, masks everywhere and room service. I had left my stuff scattered in the room just to find it all wonderfully laid out when I returned. It is very close to Sushant Arcade, Vyapar Kendra (walking distance) and Galleria Market (20 minute walk). I ordered Zomato multiple times here, very uncomplicated delivery. The breakfast is excellent, and you can order things at the counter too for extra options (aloo/paneer parantha, pancake, masala omelette, dosa). The service of the staff was top notch. The seats were reasonably distanced. The common areas were extremely clean and beautiful interiors. I only wish the pool was open, but I understand it's not possible due to Covid restrictions. Would strongly recommend and consider staying here again if I need to. Prices were very cheap due to Covid times.

We decided to stay here instead of in New Delhi and we are so glad we did! The hotel was amazing! The staff who greeted us were so friendly and accommodating. The room was immaculate. Updated and comfortable. The food was delicious. Great breakfast spread and the room service dinner was tasty. The price for the hotel was great too considering it was such a great place to stay.
We weren't sure about staying in the business district as opposed to closer to tourist attractions but it worked out very well. The metro station was about a 10 min walk and we were able to take it to everywhere we wanted to go for a very cheap price and faster than driving. We are foreigners but navigated generally with ease (and some very friendly locals). The area of the hotel was lovely and felt very safe. We found some really cool bars and cocktail bars we never would have seen staying in Delhi.
Overall would highly recommend staying here!

The Downtown Courtyard is a frequent stop for me, by choice and that is because of the consistently high quality and professional service and attention to detail, in particular at the MoMo Cafe at this location. Because of schedule, I have morning and evening meals here and Abhishek Giri and Amit, working alongside the chefs always go the extra mile to ensure a high quality and comfortable dining experience. They take pride in their work and it is demostrated!

I have stayed 3 times in this property. Two times in the month of April, 2021 and once in May, 2021. Here comes lot of positive experience and a bit of negative experience: Positive -The hotel is excellent. Food is good. Great breakfast spread. The Rooms are immaculate. They are modern, spacious. Staff are always there to help you. Very supportive staff. This is one of the reason why I keep coming here. Negative- on my first visit the day we were checking out we ordered for a Masala Tea. I was really shocked to see they way they delivered it to the room with no cookies and the tea pot and the service tray was dirty (Pic Attached). Second tile when I booked I requested at the time of check in that I need smoking room with bathroom Amenities( shampoo, moisturiser, conditioner, dental kit, sleepers) but when I entered my room there was nothing that was placed , not even astray and match box. When I called up reception the lady said it’s non smoking room and I can’t smoke here. After which Harshit (Duty Manager) informed that they have made this room as smoking for me. Third time when I came like before I request to place all the bathroom Amenities and require smoking room and again there was nothing which was placed in the room. I don’t know why you have option to send request when the team can’t fulfill them. Small things matters a lot and that make the experience bad. But would say that Harshit was very helpful since my day one.

My entire cycle from pre arrival to departure was taken care to its maximum at courtyard Marriott. I couldn't ask for more.
📌 Reception team was so kind and courteous everytime I called or walked up to the reception desk.
📌 Housekeeping ensured the room is tidy all the time kept the upkeep high amidst pandemic.
📌 Restaurant team was always on their feat with the amount of people I found at the breakfast room.
📌 Bar was my go-to location during my stay and my customized baby corn starter I had still triggers my tastebuds when I think about it.
📌 Team Members who went a step further: Yatin (He cares about his guests), Rajesh from the bar who is on his blazers (sorry If I mentioned the name wrong), Taatva Spa team & Finally the chauffeur who drove me back to the airport.
I'll be back again :) Thanks and sorry that I couldn't write this post departure.

Property was very nice and had all practical needs covered. It was an Oasis in the chaos of India. Staff was proactive to cover all our needs. Restaurant went out of their way to accommodate my wife's food allergies.
The best thing about the property was the reasonably priced car service (with Wifi) and specificaly the driver Subash.
We spent 4 full days with him and he took us everywhere incuding the Taj Mahall! I was amazed at his driving skill on the roads in India. He was not only our driver, but was also a very knowledge tour guide. Anytime we had a request he made it happen.
I travel most of the year and wish I could have someone like him in every city!
When he finally took us to the airport on the last day I felt like I was leaving a friend!
If you stay here I hope you are lucky enough to have him as a driver!

Marriot on wheels quarantine meals are a very good service. Not only do they maintain the best standard of food and safety, they talk and consult with you on your health and underlying conditions, taste preferences and ingredient choices. Shivali Yadav and Chef Balvinder were kind enough to spare time to pre plan the meals with me, their time and ensure that i recieve the best possible food, which in my case was very comforting and soothing and close to home cooked packed with the right nutritional value. Overall a very good experience with Marriot on wheels. Would surely recommend anyone specially sufgering from COVID to try out their food. Kudos and Cheers!

I was staying in your hotel , and the hospitality department was good they provide me all the necessities food and beverages which i needed .as i was staying with my grand parents so whenever i neede any kind of small thing i call houskeeping department and they provide me all the medical supplies , extra pillows , etc. On time. The associate“suman jaiswal” he guided me towards my room and helped me to deliver my luggage in my room . Whenever i needed a cab i call the associate and he was so sincere towards his work . The staff was so nice to us that it encouraged me to visit the hotel again .
In terms of food the food was hygiene and good in test , my gfand parents are diabetic person so for them i made some changes in their meal . The staff make a note of that and provided me the meal up to my preference. Their food management was good and everything was so organised that it completely give us a feeling of lavish.

Great experience in spite of Covid restrictions and the enormous challenges faced by the hotel industry in general and this hotel in particular with regards to revenues, low occupancy etc
Breakfast experience was great buoyed by the v high service standards displayed by Deepanjali and Khushal the Restaurant Manager.
The front desk has a v difficult task of finding the right balance between Covid restrictions and Guest experience and I think they are doing a splendid job of it.
Himanshi, Tanya, Varun ably led by Mayank win the hearts of guests with their cheerful disposition and caring attitude.
Happy to note that the evening happy hours at Exec lounge are still being maintained albeit at a different location wherein many larger hotels like JW etc have stopped their lounge services.
Overall a very happy stay mainly due to the staff here.
