The location is good
Cleanliness is good
Staff behaviour is good
Maintenance of property is good

Worst part is where you actually going to live inside room
They really don’t know what should be the quality of fowl , pillow covers , blankets , linens , even shower curtain .
They have to improve if they they say themselves 3 or 4 star.

Another suggestion when you enter into room show their employee that you are not touching they snacks . They claim it was touched or opened . With the 2.5 lacs paid by me they claim I opened Rs 750 snacks boxes . It looks cheap when I really didn’t open it .

This place has not lost the relevance . Excellent place to eat and stay if you get an options to. I would suggest better to stay here than a hotel. Food is balanced very sumptuous and very hygienic as well. It’s reasonable for price also. You must come

The check-in and check-out were not really professional or an experience a guest would remember for long. Hardly any eye contact and smile, only mentioning the restaurant timings and trying to upsell a suite without even asking the guest as to how they are doing or any other ice breaker for a conversation is not what we expect out of a front desk agent. They are the face of the hotel. The first and the last point of contact. The uniforms were a little shabby with oversized coats.

The rooms were brilliant. Good job done by housekeeping team. There was a bud from the previous guest's cigarette in the balcony bit yes that is something which is understandable. The minibar was empty which I failed to understand why.

Dinner and breakfast at senses were good. Nazeem, and others made sure we were looked after. The set menu for Dinnwr was very limited but pro actively they offered us the Ala carte menu as a part of package. We can work a little on getting the top buttons closed

Over all I would summarize the stay to be good and I would love to visit the property again

Booked this hotel for work. I usually stay in the Westin or Leela but availability was low. The whole thing feels like it's falling into a state of disrepair and it needs some serious investment in the rooms. I stayed in Parsley and the room was freezing, there was no heating, the shower was barely a dribble and went hot and cold. The grounds felt unfinished. The one positive i had was the chef, he cooked a great omelette. It's worth paying a bit more for somewhere else nearby.

Worst staying here since ever, highly un recommend.

Behave with your guests, its not always if you are polite then you are always right , staff has changed their words right after advance payment, Resort manger denied whatever she has confirmed on the phone prior booking amount was paid.
Kids are chargeable in this property, which was not told on the phone prior booking , then after long conversation we were made to pay our lunch in the restaurant itself despite noting down our 5 room numbers, because front desk has informed them to take payment there only, we were BLACK LISTED GUEST thereafter. 😀😀😀

I was there for one night stay and I really disappointed to say that the resort is not at all User-Friendly.
I had a bad impression at the very starting only when there was no staff to pick my luggage from car (not even at checkout). You have to pick your own luggage from reception to your vehicle.
Plus, they didn't allow you to bring your DSLR to click photographs. Moreover, you will also not allow to click photos with your mobile phones near swimming pool area. I mean, really??
They have a very wierd rules for swimming pool as well that you need to book a slot prior a day and costume & cap is mandatory (which was fine) but, only for 50 mins.?
We stayed on weekday so it wasn't too crowded and they allowed us to stay as much as we want in the pool but prohibition of photography was really bizzare.
Even according to weekday, I felt the price was over too for the room I had.
In the end, not at all recommend for couples.

I went to Palms Town & Country Club to plan for a wedding (to be held in Nov'24). The Sales staff (Ms. Pampa) was terrible at communication, did not provide us a visit to the rooms (told us to look online for pictures and they will not show their rooms). Along with this, the general attitude was demeaning and highly unprofessional. She did not provide a final quotation for 3 days, after chasing numerous times for the same. Highly unprofessional attitude from the Sales staff. I really wish people consider this before planning the Best day of their life with such a place where guests are not served properly.

manager at reception was rude and incompetent. She was unprofessional, she talked back, denied to let me speak with anyone else, she said things happen in the Property according to her and those were her words and I should cancel the booking and leave.I have stayed in hundreds of hotels being in my profession and never have I ever encountered such a harassing behaviour from somebody who is supposed to be a part of hospitality industry. I felt insulted. It’s a shame since it’s a nice property It was the worst stay of my life. The absolute worst. All thanks for your Manager.

Also, the sofa was torn, the sheets weren't pressed and for all the pain they made me go through to not let me take my speaker there was somebody playing loud music. ironic.

So I stayed here for 1 night for a friend's gathering, the ambiance is good...the place has ample amount of space and amenities for kids but the hospitality is not good,
For a family of 4 they gave us only 4 half liters bottles of water next morning they didn't refill.
The room wash room door had no lack and the lower part of the sliding door was broken,
The washroom lavatory flush was not working properly, water was getting filled till the bream and when asked for a room changed they said it's same in every room 😑 .
And for a single cup of milk for my little one they charged us 130 INR

Nice property but it does not have a lift to access rooms on 1st and 2nd floor. This fact should be highlighted on the booking page for the benefit of guests who do not prefer to climb stairs. The morning shift staff at front desk need training to be adequately responsive
