I recently celebrated my daughter birthday in Nature Valley Resort. It was an awesome experience with fascinating arrangement and loads of activites for everyone. I would like to thank management of Nature Valley Resort for the best services provided for us which made the event memorable.
There is so much to do in resort for everyone. All the kids in the group enjoyed on jumper, horse riding, rain dance, swimming pool & bridge crossing. We all parents did zip liner, paramotoring, mud bath & swimming pool. Some parents also opted for field games like football & cricket. Resort is spacious & well maintained.
When everyone were tired with activites we all were served snack & main course. Food was served hot & had great taste. Delicious!
Pls compliment your staffs for the great work put in.Thank you very much that we could enjoy our party with all our loved ones in Nature Valley Resort.
Once again I am very thankful for admirable services.

Staff was incooperative. Very poor service. Pool was filled of insects and mosquitoes. No bathroom lock was there. Leakage of taps.goon behavior of the staff and manager as the location was out of the reach. Worst resort it is

Do visit this place only if you have a pressing need to go somewhere and you have NO other option left... If you have an option of staying home, I can tell you, you'll be better off. Horrifying story starts with their reception manager (Anil, don't even feel like writing Mr.). You will be greeted by asking for balance amount even before serving welcome drinks (water with a feel of Roohafza). Worst part is, he stays there only and for everything, he is the point of contact. Do carry a tape recorder with you because you'll have to ask for the same thing multiple times, so might as well record it and play till it is done. Be it telling them to take luggage, send water bottle, clean room, put extra bed... recommendation is, just record and play it for them. Don't expect quick turnaround, you please plan your things well in advance, example, if you want rain dance at a certain time, you might have to tell them 3 hrs before, then 1 hr, 30 mins, 10 mins before, then 10 mins later and eventually 45 mins later, by then, I am sure they will listen to you.
If you really like eating good food, please carry your own or go with zero expectation. What they serve (if at all), is really horrible and nothing can go bad than that.
As they say, team becomes like it's manager, they really live upto it.. each staff member is like they are doing favour by serving you and that you don't deserve it. So please go with some helping hands.
Be it games or restaurant or swimming pool, or rain dance... You go to them for anything, each one has the same response... "This is not in your package" even if you tell them, fan is not working, the response of same, "this is not in your package" ... So please take electrician, games coordinator, plumber with you incase you really want to enjoy.
Poor (actually can't be poorer than this) management and completely carefree staff. As I said, this place should not be in your list to go and waste money on. Just burn it and stay at home.

These people are gunde from village, who will threaten you for more payment dangerous place for women, unsafe for kids and family They will abuse you if you complain They will steal your things during house cleaning

We visited for a corporate outing and really wish we had not picked this place. While Day 1 experience was going okay (we ignored the overly crowded places and dirty swimming pool), on Day 2 we had the most ghastly experience when we asked the staff to arrange the mud bath as promised for our team and a Mr Hooda at the property said "bhar diya, ja ab doob le". PLEASE stay away from this property, you will definitely regret it if you visit as a corporate group or family.

This place is highly unorganised and their staff is extremely unprofessional. Food is very bad and stale. Half of the activities are not operational and other half are paid. Their staff will discourage you to do activities. Net net not a place to spend quality and relaxed time with family.

This property is maintained but facilities are very poor and there is no service staff in this resort . Nobody pick up the phone and the reception room service and restaurant is also very poor. The quality of food provided in the breakfast is of bad quality.
