It was a nice stay for few days here. The hotel is safe to visit. Rooms are properly sanitized and disinfected. The hotel is taking utmost care in terms of hygiene. Food is awesome. The staffs are very cordial and welcoming. A special mention would be to Mr.Utsav who went extra miles to make my stay memorable. Duty manager Shiv was also very quick and approachable with his help. If you are thinking of a getaway, then Leela is your place.

I had an amazing stay at this hotel. The customer service starting from the door man to the housekeeping staff was spectacular. I forgot the name of the door man but an older man was very engaging and warming. Muskan at the reception was very welcoming and helpful. Robin the room attendant and sapna were very delightful. The room was kept cleaned and smelled wonderful. Thank you very much for a great stay. If I ever come back I’ll definitely book this hotel again.

I stayed at this property in April 2021. Covid Norms: The hotel is adhering to covid norms, with proper thermal scanning of guests upon entry. All of the staff wears masks at all times. The Rooms: I had booked an executive suite for 2 nights and a deluxe room (which was upgraded to premiere room for free) for 2 nights. The suite is lavish and huge, with all the amenities you could possibly imagine. There were two 46 inch TVs, one in the living room and the other in the bedroom, a big L shaped work desk, a plush 5 seater sofa in the living room, a powder room, a spacious wardrobe with iron and ironing board as well as a safe with power outlet. The bathroom is huge, with a king size bath tub, a separate toilet area as well as a separate shower area. The king size bed is extremely comfortable. They provide fresh fruits and cookies in the room (daily). They have a smart light control remote in the room, which can be used to control lights (and the brightness too) for the entire room as well as the bathroom. After spending two nights in the suite, I was keeping my expectations a little lower for the premiere room, but I was in for a surprise. The premiere room is huge, much bigger than similar rooms in other hotels. It had a big work desk with two chairs, a 2 seater lounger, and a 46 inch tv. The bathroom was smaller than the one in the suite, but it was big by any standards. It had a similar king sized tub, and a separate toilet area, and the shower was next to the tub. Both the suite and the room were extremely luxurious and comfortable. The Hospitality: This is perhaps the part I loved the most. The staff in this hotel never fails to make you feel welcome and comfortable. I got a call a day before my checkin to confirm my time of arrival and to check if I had any special requests or needs. I asked them for a baby cot and they provided that happily. Special shout out to Mr. Rajeev and Ms. Ritika who stayed in touch to make sure I didn't have any problem during my stay. The room service was quick too. The ambience: The hotel has a huge lobby area and it is beautifully decorated. At evening, saree clad ladies light diyas and perform a traditional dance, which is a pleasant site. The food: The breakfast is served in the Spectra restaurant, and the buffet has a big spread, which keeps changing daily. Though the breakfast was good, I think this is something that they can do even better. I suggest including more options such as pan cakes, waffles etc which we see usually in other 5 start hotels. I ordered room service a couple of times and while the north Indian food was great, the pizza could have been better. Location: The hotel is situated next to Delhi Gurgaon border at NH8 and is adjacent to the Ambience Mall. It is a highly convenient location, 15 mins from the airport. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back myself in future.…
