We had a great time at Karmachalets and I would highly recommend them if you want to treat your family to really good time. ✅ Good Service ✅ Tasty Food ✅ Well behaved Staff ✅ Hygenic Rooms ✅ Treat dogs well

Amazing place to stay and visit. Exclusive property with all amenities. Wonderful food and courteous staff. Would strongly recommend this place to visit which is near Gurgaon if willing to spend quality time with yourself and family.
Negatives- 1. Cramped (small size), average and smelly rooms (and linen). 2. Property infested with mosquitos. 3. Provide drinking water only in glass bottles which are rusted. 4. Long waiting time for room service. 5. Charged us Rs. 4000 for bringing our dog which seems exceptionally and unnecessarily high. Positives- Food and service at the restaurant (under the neem was good). Not worth it at all.
Eco friendly hotel, warm staff and a decent food. Rooms are a little small but the ambience makes up for this. Good weekend getaway for you to relax with friends or family. Don’t look for all the luxuries as in a 5 star jungle resort but the closest you can get in a weekend in NCR.
We stayed 2 days at Karma Chalets. It has been the most wonderful time.Food excellent.SPA excellent.Chalet was spacious and comfortable.V peacefull surroundings hence an exact place for staycation around Gurgaon. Special word for Manager Mr Azhar Uddin who has been v helpful and and cordial. Strongly recommended for family holidays.
Beautiful place to go for complete relaxation. With great food, comfortable rooms and superb hospitality what more can you ask for. Their restaurant Under the Neem is especially worthy of a great review as the food here is exceptional. Chef Kunal took special care of us when he got to know we had food restrictions and he made sure we weren't let down for any of our meals. Special mention to John who went out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed to make our vacation as comfortable as possible.
Fantastic experience , great food and mind blowing hospitality … special mentioning for Ranjita Vaid, Nishikant, Tirthankar Saha ji for wonderful gesture. Clean & beautiful rooms and property. Delicious food at Under the Neem restaurant.
I booked an "Eagle's Perch" , a two-room set at the place, and was extremely disappointed for the following reasons: 1) The road just in front of the rooms ( the long road in front of KARMA CHALETS), is extremely stinky, and there is some big NALLAH that flows that has a continuous stench. 2) The TV if switched on echoed, and was almost impossible to hear. We happened to discuss this with a family in the adjacent room, and they faced the same issue. In short it was impossible to watch the TV. 3) For drinking water, they have an arrangement where they say that RO water tap is connected to each room, and no bottled water is available. While travelling with a kid, this is really unacceptable. One can clearly see that they are trying to save effort and money in the process. 4) The breakfast spread didn't seem fresh at all. 5) There are no real acitivities here, and even the pool was not available, as there was some wedding. 6) The farm that they claim, is maintained below standards, a few thousands could have made the place worth it, but they simply dont seem to care. 7) Also to reach the farm, one has to walk around 400 meters, and given we were with old parents and a kid, it was extremely inconvenient, Even on special request, they didn't allow us to take the car. 8) During breakfast, two juices were labeled " FRESH FRUIT JUICE", On tasting it had an extreme watery taste. On reaching out to the manager and a little back and forth he agreed that these juices were diluted. 9) As having visited the farm, there was nothing meaningful to do, We finally requested the hotel staff to book us the battery-operated car for the ride of the property, They said it costed INR 1000 + taxes. The cab was only available the next day at 10, which finally arrived at 10: 30. 10) After having spent INR 23,000 on the place, there were no consumables, ( toothpaste, brush, shaving kit, bathing cap, bathroom slippers etc), and on asking them the staff was reluctant to provide these. 11) The hotel is under renovation in Feb/Mar 22 , and inspite of requesting them not to do breaking activities which meant loud thuds, there was no stopping. In all the place is completely contrary to how it appears in pics. The stench was really unbearble, TV couldn't be seen, Breakfast was average, Pool was not available, there were no acitivies. The only saving grace was food at " Under the Neem".…
