Very Poor Service. Staff doesn't bother about the feedback. So many mosquitoes were in room. Asked for for one spoon at 9.30 am but I didn't get till check out after so many calls. Breakfast dishes were empty nobody was ready to listen. Served tomato puree in place of tomato ketchup. Unprofessional behaviour of reception staff also.

We were very very satisfied with the hotel! The room was clean and nice, it had enough space. The staff is also very kind and helpful, especially Sunil! If we had any request, he was quick to help us!

Property is good, Food is ok. Well maintained rooms, Laundry services are very expensive. Special mention, Sunil from Housekeeping is a proactive guy, Over all I will recommend this hotel, Nearby to Gurgaon Station too!

Good food, staff is helpful and kind. Good housekeeping by Sunil. Good choice of buffet food, though mostly Indian cuisine. Al la carte menu is good and you will find continental food. Good rooms and quiet air conditioning.

It is an excellent stay and good services. Rooms are very tidy and spacious. For me it is the first time to visit Delhi but the receptionist helped for getting any other things we need. Food is delicious and it is a combo of South and North Indian food items.
