The hotel is at walking distance from DLF CyberHub. There are many restaurants and food options nearby. The staff is very good. The rooms are neat. Special mention : Ajay who made my stay smooth and easy. Recommended for short stays
I booked this hotel via hotel booking site and this hotel really values your money. Superb services including room keeping, cleanliness and hygeine is so well maintained. Interior of hotel is good and rooms are specious.
So, this turns out to be my 5th hotel review after I started my fascination to review hotels based on my experience and the rating system I use to map my satisfaction. My Experience With Hotel Crown Moulsari Suites, Gurgaon, UP, India Located about 10 kms from terminal 3 airport, 12 kms from terminal 1D, 24 kms from New Delhi Railway station & 26 kilometers from Hazrat NIzzamuddin railway station, All within an hours traffic under normal conditions, this hotel is situated on a respectable 20 feet road with easy access to the main road, though there is limited public transport in this area. Hotel cannot be located as there is no OYO sign board anywhere. No signboard on the outside, no signboard in the inside. I reached the hotel at about 7:30 am when the staff was sleeping, they asked me leave the luggage and come after an hour as rooms were not available. Nevertheless, I left the place and returned to the place after an hour. The hotel was prepaid. I request for an early checking and was told that I could do so by paying 30% extra, which I did. I wished I would have been given the room when I reached. It looked like the room was used and not done as quilt was half off the bed. I was told that some guest just stayed for a sometime and vacated as they wanted a different room. I was promised that I would be shifted to another room in some time, and that was done. My new room was large, neat and nicely done, barring seepage stains in one corner and paint coming off in the corner on another wall. The room had windows with balcony & natural light coming in, and ofcourse curtains (Extra Large). The balcony door does not latch and can be easily opened from outside despite other balconies being next to each other. Bathroom was a nightmare. The decent size bathroom had a ceiling out of an horror movie. It was stained with fungus and seepage marks with strong smell. It had standard OYO toiletries. Food is reasonably priced and to give an overview a tea would cost you Rupess 30/-, coffee – 40/-, breakfast options staring from 75/-, & main course for 2 would cost 500-600/- which is again decent. Room service was quick and efficient. Telephone was operational though my calls were not responded to. No complementary water bottles in room. Spacious cupboards. Split Air conditioner, Hot and cold running water Now for ratings. If I have to review this hotel on par with Luxury (5 Stars), Premium (3 & 4 Stars) and Budget I would rate it 3 for Luxury, 3.7 for Premium & 3.8 for Budget (With 5 being the highest rating and Zero being the lowest. Last but the not the least, For the price I paid and letting go off the minor issues that the hotel could have done better, the main reason is the denial for my request for an early checkin, even when the room was available. Even if I had to pay 30% extra, which I was prepared for, I should have been given the room when I reached the hotel. The staff blatantly lied about availability as they did not like me intruding their sleep. I would personally rate it 3.5. Would I book it again? Not unless the doors lock securely!! Last but not the least, I have come across a lot of reviews where people have not correctly read the T&C, amenities/facilities or have done common analytics before purchasing/booking the product/service and end up not getting a better experience, hence rating down the product/service.…
I had a great stay with oyo in oyo flagship 387. Location was perfect.food was good. Rooms and linen was hygienic. The most great thing was hotel staff. They were very co operative.Harish and Dhirendra thank u very much.
My stay at OYO Flagship Moulsari Avenue was wonderful. The hotel is clean and service is very nice. The property manager Dhirendra was very helpful. Service head Dev Verman, GM Rohit Kumar and service staff Kamlakant and Deepak Chinmay provided great service to me. The mall is also walking distance from this hotel which is also quite convenient. The food court and movie theatre in the mall is a plus.

It was a great stay ! Dhirendra, as ever, was very responsive and very "present", resulting in my comfortable and cosy stay that I will remember for a long time to come !! Great thing about this property is location, room sizes, cleanliness, hot water shower that doesn't fail you, quick and responsive service etc ! Value for money any day !!
Nice and decent hotel in Gurgaon DLF ciber city location. Near to metro station and easily identifiable. Happy with the services provided by property manager Mr Dhirendra. One suggestion to add more items in menu card. It will be added advantage to have variety of choices.
Hi Guys, My Stay here today was really pleasant and Gr8.. Nice hotel near dlf cyber hub to crash whn don't feel like going bk home.. Food was really gud.. Tbh more than I expected from the cook.. In Comparison to other oyo flagship I visited so far.. I hope they keep the gud work when you guys go for a try! Hotel manager Suraj was really helpful during my stay. I thank him for the same and I hope this msg with get to him.
Room - Neat, but not Good - Shabby looking - with broken electric switch boards, non working TV set. Food - They don't have everything in the menu. The parantas are very nice but I felt Rs.47 for a cup of tea was too high on any standards. Complementary Breakfast - Pathetic - they will serve you in the room and the quantity is very less with no adequate side dishes (it is a set menu and you can ask for only one of them - I got Bread Omlette and Tea on day 1 and Upma (with no chutney or any side dish) on day 2 (see photo). I am surprised someone commented that best breakfast!!! Hot Water - Geyser works perfectly well. People - Smiling and Good Free Wifi - did not work for me on day 1 and the staff provided an alternate access which was from the pre-internet era!!!. The worst part was I was given a room near the reception and it was noisy throughout the night with people talking in high pitch. They probably lock the main gate in the night and hence it was calling bell ringing which was even worse. I have stayed in lot of OYO hotels, but this is the first which I am giving below average rating. Given an option, I wont stay here next time.…
