Very closely located to Surat Railway Station. Due to this there is lot more noise especially in the night whenever train passes by. The services offered by the hotel staff are good and you will get no chance to complaint about anything. Rooms are very well-maintained.

Its a good one for staying with femily. Although there is not available tandoor roti & nan.
Noice is very high of main road in room, and furniture is very old in room.

Hotel Hospice is deteriorating with extremely poor experience for guests.
Super Delux room has broken fixtures & fittings, leaky taps, waterless shower & stained linens.
Breakfast is cold & tasteless with no varieties,not even a juice.They donot even provide warm water for drinking.
No newspapers provided in the rooms.Prices are high compared to many other new properties around which are far better.Extremely poor service.
Property needs a major revamp !!

I have stayed at this hotel many times for last 7 years during my official visits and I always get satisfied from the service, food & price.
It is one of the cheap & the best hotels in Surat. No need to think anything for this hotel, just go for it.
Everything is perfect & fine. Also many celebrities from our Hindi Film industry have visited & stayed at this hotel. You can see Naseeruddin Shah's photo with hotel staff at hotel reception.
So from my point of view it is Excellent

Had an average experience while staying in the Hotel. Hotel is located near station. Hotel is good but there was disturbance from the station whenever train passed by. The rooms are small but they are cleaned. Hotel provides complimentary breakfast so you do not need to go anywhere for the morning breakfast. Food arrangement was good. Both veg and non-veg were available there. Services were nice. It is a fine nice looking hotel. Booking front office and reception are good.

The hotel is good the rooms are clean. The service is good and the good part is that it is near to the station u also have pick up an drop facility from station and hotel and in budget also this is my second stay there. Would give preference to this hotel for my next visit to Surat

I actually recommend this hotel to people who want to arrange a wedding functions. There is a huge hall in the premises of the hotel itself. Very convenient to have wedding venue and your stay in the same hotel. Also it is easy for your guests as well. It is located in the city itself so everything is easily available. All sort of transport can be reached by walking distance.
