Extremely comfortable stay. For the price, the rooms and service is beyond expectation. One of the best budget hotel experiences iv had. Check in was around midnight. Called 3 hotels before Budget Inn to prepare dinner and keep as we would be very tired and hungry. All denied except this one. Not only were we served dinner in our room at 11.30 as a special case, food was delicious and hot.

Staff-management feels like family. Hygiene & clean - 10/10 Room comfort and ambience - 10/10 Top notch room service. Best value for money ! It felt like home to us. Everytime I’ll book this in future if i visit surat again. Food was best, stay was best.

I have always stayed in this hotel only whenever I visited Surat. The hotel is near to the railway station. I love their staff's personal attention to the guests every time they get a chance to interact. They served the food like they are your family member. Rooms are clean and so it the entire hotel. Food is very tasty and they serve pure veg food. I strongly recommend this hotel.

Booked executive room ( Rs 2900/night include BF) was neat & clean and so was the bathroom. Overall the hotel is well kept.Good for office travellers. Few drawbacks , the BF timing is from 7 am but food spread gets ready only after 7.45 am. Food taste is just average. More English channels to offer ( was ready to pay extra). Reception is dry must be more forthcoming. rest all fine. Also being near the station constant train honking is a bothersome.

Booked this hotel for my parents on a short trip to the city. Good Rooms, beds, bathrooms, service , cleanliness and courteous Staff. Buffet breakfast was good with the quality of items served was nice. The hotel could look into providing airport pickup and drop atleast on payment.

As a family we stayed in this hotel, it was our first trip to Surat and Gujarat. We were pleasantly surprised by the excellent hospitality. Breakfast was excellent and one will be pampered by the numerous choices they offer. Quality of food served including South Indian food on menu for buffet breakfast was excellent. Staff was very polite and courteous.The best part: Even with a reasonable luggage this hotel is actually walking distance from Surat Railway Station. Exit from the northern most exit on platform no 1: engine side if the train is bound towards Baroda (parallel to Sumul Dairy Road). Keep walking where platform 1 ends. Exit next to the Railway Parcel office. (there is a proper exist, so no issues). Once you step on Sumul Dairy Road the hotel is just less than 50 steps away. Overall a good value for money.
