Just to manage expectations, the rooms aren't great but the staff are all lovely warm and generous. They helped book bus tickets for me and dropped me to the station as it was in the middle of the night. I also got help withdrawing money during the currency problems and when I told them about the mosquitoes in my room... More

The room was without functioning geyser & had mosquitoes all over. The AC was creaking and wasnt maintained. The main switch was controlled by the reception and was shut down. The lift for 3rd floor was too cramped for 03 people. No good restaurants nearby. The hotel room service menu had 50 things printed on it but had only few... More

This hotel is located in the core city area making it little cumbersome to commute etc... The hotel is located in a shopping market on 2nd floor; so you may not find the reception o n the ground floor, something that is very common.

I booked this hotel seeing the reviews on tripadvisor and as the reviews suggest, the hotel does have clean and spacious rooms although be wary of mosquitoes. The location is very strategic - Lakhota lake is 10 minutes walk and Chandni market is navigable in 20-30 minutes. A few surrounding restaurants can satiate your taste buds brilliantly - this helps... More

It is in the main market. Entry to the hotel is difficult to find. You cannot reach the hotel entrance without asking somebody. Rooms were good and bathrooms were clean and hotel staff was courteous. Guinnes book record holder balaji temple is 5 minutes walk away.

Once we got to the last floor of the building where Ashiana hotel is placed, we were positively surprised by the hall and the room corridors. And the staff was very nice and helpful. Rooms are spacious and clean, position is great to visit the city on foot. Price is very convenient. We were very happy with our choice!
