I checked at 3am to my surprise the rooms were tiny marely 8 by 8 ft. Bedsheets and pillow covers were dirty. The hotel changed my room and gave me even smaller room. Food was good. Staff was cooprative.

Worst service i never felt before. Worst condition of rooms. Food was overrated and over priced. Smell from the rooms killed me at once. Please don't book if you are planning. If you are planning to book or booked a bigger room then they will provide a smaller one and demand for extra money at the time of checkin.

Bathroom is very dirty. Cockroaches are there. No hot provided I have taken shower in cold water. No breakfast provided. All room are dirty. Very bad smell in room. Rude staff even the behave rudely with goibibo customer care. Very rudely behave with me. I need my full refund amount.

We got a great deal on Makemytrip, we were travelling for religious purpose. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, we got our room. We had a short stay(just 1 night). After getting fresh we left and returned back late night. Next morning we got a little bit late for breakfast but the staff without any hesitation served us nicely. All the staff is polite and helpful. All in all a nice place, we look forward to again stay here is future too.

I must confess that I approached Lime Tree Hotel with a little trepidation, fearful that of course it would not be possible to buy high standards at such a reasonable price. I needn't have worried!
The manager, Rajeshbhai, showed me to their superior room (room three). The front door opened to a short corridor that led directly to the bathroom. Bathrooms are important. The sink, toilet and shower were all of a modern design and well made. The entire bathroom is tastefully tiled in grey. In fact I was particularly interested in the shower as I would like one exactly like it in my flat!
On the left of the short corridor was a fair sized room with a large window looking over Dhavantry Ground and the Gujarat Aruved University. The window let in lots of light, but unfortunately could not be opened to let in fresh air. There were two single beds out together to make a large double bed. The room itself was tastefully decorated in neutral colours that gave the room a relaxing feel. The room had a fan and air conditioning. The large wall mounted TV could access a range of English-language channels including a number of movie channels. The room was excellently serviced every day. All of this was much appreciated coming back to it after a day of walking around the city.
Breakfast is limited as commented on by other guests. I was happy that they made a special effort to serve me with a selection of fresh fruit every morning, followed by toast, powva and tea. Though sometimes the order that the things arrived in wasn't always helpful. I also had the opportunity to try their dhal and jeera rice one evening and found it exceptionally tasty. Rajeshbhai and his colleagues were able to offer good suggestions of other nearby places to eat.
Rajeshbhai and all his colleagues consistently offered excellent service throughout my 10 day stay at Lime Tree. The staff were attentive and helpful with suggestions regarding a range of things.
I would highly recommend this small hotel situated on the third and fourth floors with the restaurant on the fifth floor (all accessed via lift and stairs). I found the hotel and my room quite luxurious, and I enjoyed my stay. It is a short (Rs 20) auto rickshaw ride from the centre which also made it quite convenient.

As a business traveler, I have toured extensively in India to various destinations and stayed in hotels, small, big and 5 star. I can honestly say that this property, which has been recently developed ranks among the top. It is a small and compact property. Hotels focus is on providing an EXCELLENT room with all the amenities that one expects. Whether it be in the clean sparkling white linen on the bed, the wonderfully designed functional bathroom which is neat and clean beyond one's expectations, the hotel will exceed your expectations. Good Wifi. Very good TV with lots of channels. As to food, it is a home away from home indeed. The food, so carefully prepared by its helpful staff really fits the bill. All these at the most economical rates. Thanks to hotel staff who are so helpful whether it be in providing guidance or arranging transport.
