In terms of facilities there are enough reviews available. But a property comes to life by the people who serve it well.
A month before I arrived, "Devendra Ojha" (F&B manager) confirmed a particular room-night when booking.com showed as sold out. It felt nice to be taken care off even before check-in.
"Sudipta" (Front Desk) in her gracious manner smoothed over my check-in requirements (she noticed my regional last name and struck up a conversation in my native language). She called me multiple times fussing till the room met my expectations.
"Suman" (Front Desk) saved me money by suggesting a breakfast combo on checking in. Sweet!
"Asif" (Housekeeping supervisor) ensured that dank smell was immediately taken care by installing a vaporiser and also supplied me with an extension cord. Thoughtful!
"Rajesh" and "Kundan" (Housekeeping) kept me supplied with endless water bottles and heartwarming smiles.
"Mahendra" (Staff driver) went out of his way to fetch Allergy medication on a Sunday when shops were closed nearby.
"Biltu" (Front desk) offered insider suggestions on local transport and guided me on appropriate cab rates.
Finally,
"Tej" and "Nishant" remembered my choice of juice, eggs and breakfast items and without reminders, brought those fresh.
No matter the location, and facilities, great properties are eventually run by great servers, who remain behind the scenes.
I believe we guests need to speak more about such silent good natured folks!

I am writing this review in the middle of a long term stay at the hotel. I arrived on business in the middle of the year and have spent quite some time at the hotel. The stay has been very comfortable and I would thank the hotel staff for it. I have probably interacted with all the staff and I have always found them courteous and helpful. Individually and as a team they have made the hotel a great place to stay more so during a very challenging time for them as a business. I wish them luck and all the success. As for my experience, I will remember the birthday party for me along with the team here. It was a fun half an hour with outstanding cake and snacks. The front desk and housekeeping have been helpful making it far easier to stay inside the hotel for most of the lockdown period. I have been surprised by the marked improvement in my sleep quality as measured by fitibit over the time that I have spent here - though it could be a result of the nearness to the Swarnim Park which is a great place for a short morning run, walk or stretch. The chefs have been considerate and the menu has allowed me to continue with healthy food habits. After staying here for so long I have some suggestions for the hotel - it is time for them to consider an increase in the default number of devices for the internet(which they kindly did for me), perhaps better speed too along with an upgrade of the hotel linen.
I would definitely recommend the hotel to all travellers to the city looking for a great experience.

We were all classical dancers from Delhi, given accomodation by SNA at Fortune Inn Haveli at Gandhinagar.It was all together such an wonderful experience for all of us .we member of 8 people loved the way the staff took care of us .the food the reception staff the restorent staff all were so caring and humble with very good eathics. Excellent facility at times like this. Good food and most importantly very warm staff and manger. Cleanliness and hygiene maintained at very good standards and the management always welcomed the feedback wherever needed, wouldn't swap this experience for anywhere else. Honestly didn't expect high standard of service specially after knowing the hotel was specifically functioning for quarantine passengers and not open otherwise as lot of work was still underway but heartiest thanks to every single member of staff as the food was served on time with sanitising and cleanliness was above expectations. It was a wonderful experience with Hotel Fortune Inn. I can say this based on my 7 day stay over there. Staffs had served me well in terms of welcoming, housekeeping and catering services. In this pandemic time, housekeeping team had made me feel like home by keeping all the major and minor things in mind and maintaining it regularly. Regardless of keeping some mess with my bed, but when I return back I fell like I'm back to home. Thank you for such a pleasant service and experience. Fortune I’ve stayed at both Ahmadabad & Gandhinagar most recently we stay at Gandhinagar location being close to rest of the family it’s easy to feel right at home! Not at this visit customer service of entire staff is exceptional while I travel all over India for work while in India I prefer kids stay back with babysitter and family members but today the manager on duty forced me to leave children alone in room and to come at reception area for quick meeting! I’ve never met more sexist man in my life! I explained I can’t leave kids alone in room and it won’t take that long he constantly harassed me and my guests! (I don’t remember living here for FREE) in fact compare to Leela I paid same price and not to mention constant room service for kids so yes I paid premium price to get insulted in front of everyone and harassed as single mother! My advice if you are a woman, please go to Lela you will be treated very respectfully, and if you have a children, don’t even bother coming to this hotel. I don’t neat pick things but here’s some facts Bathrooms don’t flush I’ve called plumber every day! You won’t get meal at 5 or 6 pm because that’s how they operate they start dinner at 730 pm so people like me who has flights to catch early we are expected to stay hungry or compromise sleep. In general main reason I will not give a dime to man or company that hires such a man who’s extremely sexist I’ll take my business where I’m respected as a woman as a mother and most importantly working woman PS: this are cups for coffee in room just glimpse of cleanliness of this company

Check in : I revisited this property again, cause it really makes me feel at home. Check in as always was smooth. I met Manish Patel at the reception n he gave a warm welcome.
Rooms : Rooms are always up to the mark, their house keeping staff , they r just well trained n well behaved. Cushions , mattreses r up to mark and ensure comfort. Rooms r well lighten but a little more of luminace would had done no harm. Mini fridge is good enough to take care that ur water or cans stay cool The toilet is comfortable, only room 202 is having the jet shower at wrong position. ;) U r offered a study table a , okayish chair but good enougt to sit up right n work.
The above ones work as team to ensure comfortness of the guest . Excellet team!! They ensure that u get excatly what u seeking for.
Breakfast : has lots of options, do ask for masala cheese omlette , its one of the best i ever had. Sausages, eggs of ur choice...! For veg, i loved their dum aloo n poori which was superb...the gravy was just finger licking
Lunch and Dinner : they have a buffet option which serves again variety of veg and non veg but never a dull or repetative menu. Salads r well spread.
Desserts: again u have variety and lots of options..but every bit of it too tasty.
Last but not the least, this is my Fav Fortune !! Needless to say...Will see them again!!

We have a specialty restaurant where a special table is being arranged for candle lit dinner. also the restaurant is having instrumental live music. Menu is on Ala-carte or TDH options available. There no private venue.
"There is a gymnasium which has 3 machine, a treadmill, a cycle and another one which stimulates hike. Weights start from 5 kg which is a downer. There is also a spa."
