I stayed here for a night. On entering the hotel I observed very well maintained sanitization protocols. I checked in with very minimal contact and exposure. On entering the room I could see a nice very well cleaned spacious room with a big bathroom. Entire room was sanitized nicely and all the things were delivered to us without any contact. Toiletries were of very good quality.Food was ok not up to the mark. View from the room was nice. Overall it's a value for money with a little disappointment in terms of food quality , quantity and taste.

We had booked Regency suite king size with hyatt regency and being a world of hyatt member I was upgraded to Executive suite with the requests I had made while booking.
Online check in link was sent to registered mail ID before 24 hours of check in which was super smooth. When we arrived at hotel check in was super comfortable. Upon check in we noticed Covid precautions and measurements were taken very precisely. Front desk staff Samar and Imtiyaz were super friendly.
We were given room on 11th floor with great panoramic view of Sabarmati riverfront from bedroom. Room was super comfortable,neat & clean. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was huge with bathtub and other amenities.
Housekeeping staff was quick and happy to help us round the clock. Staff was courteous.
After COVID-19 pandemic I was not expecting such huge buffet spread of breakfast at hotel as many hotels have reduced their menu sizes. But I was surprised to see the spread and service of the staff at the restaurant. They were quick and super happy to serve anything from the kitchen.
We had ordered in room dining for the dinner and dinner was served hot and fresh to the room with the quick service.
Check out was smooth and quick, staff had taken our luggage from the room and directly it was settled in trunk of our car. Staff was super friendly.
Ultimately it was great stay experience. Food was delicious at restaurant. Staff was courteous, friendly and made us feel much more comfortable while we were staying there.

We stayed in this hotel as part of our ongoing medical treatment and found this hotel a real paradise. The rooms are very well appointed, large, excellent facilities and clean. The bathrooms are very large and modern, the bed was lovely and the air conditioning system worked on command. We had a river front view and it was a remarkable experience living in these lovely conditions. The river front is a walking distance and the area around the hotel is very clean and lovely. We walked up to the river front and the lovely park daily.
The staff are very well trained and look after all your needs from water and fruit in the room, to the breakfast and dinning room. The breakfast was very varied and of excellent quality with chef cooking on demand. There were cakes and fruits and breads,juices and lovely English and Indian favourite breakfasts laid out regularly. Our favourite waitress SHEILA got used to exactly how we wanted our teas and coffees and was always ready with a smile. Jitendra Yadav, the Restaurant Manger was also very helpful and knowledgeable and gave good tips on the so many dishes that were available throughout our stay. It was an excellent and refreshing way to start a morning. The rest of the staff were also very kind and courteous and the reception staff were always obliging.
Its a very caring hotel as we found out. Ms Santana Goswami (Senior Sales Manager) was a gem because she found out that we were paying higher room rates having booked through agents in UK. She gave us details as to how to book directly through the hotel and make good savings. We really appreciated this and will certainly visit this hotel again and recommend to our friends and family.

Rooms were clean and comfortable Front office staff and restaurant should be more courteous, helpful and polite. I was disappointed with their behavior. Housekeeping staff should pay attention to seeing that the items mentioned to be available are in the room before someone checks in. I had to ask for tea bags and slippers.

On arrival we were impressed with the cleanliness and appearance of the reception area, the bell boys were helpful and quickly delivered our luggage to our room. The room was modern, clean and comfortable. Our first experience of the dining room was not as expected, the service was slow and evening staff unhelpful. However breakfast was a different experience, the staff were helpful, understanding and interacted with us in a pleasant manner, especial thanks go to GUYAN who knew what we wanted before we did, a very helpful young man who should be recognised for his attention to detail, he saved the hotel reputation as far as we were concerned. Our stay was pleasant but certainly no more spectacular than any other 5 star hotel we have stayed in. The hotel comes with a warning, although we were well aware of the alcohol restrictions we were not pre-warned of the massive tax of 60% plus other taxes making a reasonable priced bottle of wine approx £38, a warning about the tax would have been helpful so an informed decion could be made as to wether to purchase or not.

Chose this hotel as our base for my wedding shopping, considering we wanted the convenience of getting around, security whilst storing valuables and wedding items in the room and comfort for a long stay. There were in total 12 issues during our 2 week stay. Each issue becoming progressively worse as the days went on. Some of the issues: Room not being cleaned properly, towels and robes covered in dirt, poo mark on the toilet floor left by previous guests. Hotels rationale for the dirty towels given to us "the towels are outsourced for cleaning. Another issue which comes to mind, I explained specific dietary restrictions. I was assured by the staff members that the food did not contain specific ingredients. Upon tasting the food I immediately tasted the item I was trying to avoid. 3 staff members continued to try to assure me the food was free from my restrictions. I urged them to check the ingredients and after doing so they admitted that the food contained the item which I initially mentioned I needed to restrict. 3rd issue: the hotel booked a car for us and put the wrong address in. The uber driver kindly tried to contact the hotel desk to seek clarification and change the address on the app. After 3 unsuccessful attempts of trying to get someone from the hotel to sort this out for him he agreed to resolve the issue himself. Not ideal when you do not know the surrounding city well. 4th issue: we discovered our room door would not lock, meaning anyone had access to the room if they simply turned the handle. This was while our wedding shopping was inside. I tried to discuss and resolve these issues with the hotel manager and requested that he come to the hotel so that we could discuss this with him face to face. He did not come. The hotel did what they could to try to resolve the matters and disappointment by our last night but by then it was too late. We were exhausted from constantly having to raise issues with the hotel front desk. Would not recommend this hotel for long stays especially when you are doing wedding shopping as the issues you encounter will only stress you out even more. On a positive note the security at the front of the hotel were always polite and always greeted us with a smile.

Everything in the room was perfect starting from the linen quality to the cleanliness of the room but one of the bathrobe provided in the room was torn. The person who came to deliver the supplies at 11pmwas very good and followed all the procedures. Garden was very beautiful and well maintained Prashant from IRD and the chef who made changes in the menu...... all thanks to you as you really valued our choices and made the sandwich accordingly and it was excellent.

We being senior citizen we stayed in Hyaat Regency in Ahmedabad for 3 nights from 10th Feb to 13th Feb. I would like to put it on to record it is the best and excellent hotel to stay in. The process from booking till online checking experience is the best and digital checking was excellent. The staff at security and front desk they welcome by keeping covide social distancing, temperature check, sanitize luggage etc.
The restaurant staff are excellent specially Kunal and Jigisha who understood our requirements and gave us the best excellent support and taken care of each and every requirement with full dedication. We are thankful to both and they are truly customer delight. On each day we enjoyed most delicious and mouth watering food.
Housekeeping people also excellent by taking care of cleanliness and sanitizing room on every day.
Being member of Hyaat I would like to sincerely thanks to management and all staff speciall Kuna and Jigisha to make our stay most comfotabely my maintaining hygiene.
Will visit again and again. Where ever we go in india and world we always stay in Hyatt hotel.

It is a real pitty that the service and the cleaning is not of an international standard, They do not clean the room, you have to ask for toilette paper and the laundry promised for 8 hs is not real, they do not clean your paper basquet. Making the room is doing your bed....putting your towel well folded, that is it. I would never repeat this experience, over priced for no service.

We had a very pleasant, warm and hospitable stay. The staff was extremely helpful and polite, specially Ayaz and chef M.D. We stayed here for 5 days and were completely made to feel at home. The rooms were cleaned everyday without fail and all the COVID19 related precautions were taken at the entire Property. Loved their food. Overall had a superb stay!

Hyatt regency does not serve liquor.
They can provide staying certificate which is a part of mandatory document required to get the permit.

Yes, there is a construction of a flyover bridge going on outside the hotel and it is just near its completion. However the hotel provides cab for pick up, drop and for you to go about in the city.

I would say the layout is of a single room apartment..The lounge is a huge one with basic kitchen and refrigerator loaded with adequate snack and food...A work desk is there ...A good seating for six to seven people are there for a cozy Meeting...
The anteroom is a huge bedroom with a king sized bed...with a comfy chair adjacent..
From there it leads to luggage room and powder room...
This had a concept bathroom with a huge full sized bath tub...
