Food quality was best !! Hospitality was top notch and perfect decor …..and the banquet area serves the maximum capacity and staff and service is very friendly …. Would definitely recommend for function
We stayed there as a family of 4 with a kid. Never felt like a family hotel. From outside looks like a lodge. Narrow passage. No service for transferring luggage to rooms. congested rooms. No wardrobe. Tiny washroom. Dim lights. Poor ventilation. A window in the room which opens to a corridor, which does not support lighting or fresh air purpose. Pictures provided in internet are smart photography that only highlights bed and the wall of rooms and a picture of reception is smartly taken from corner angle to give a makeover. Price does not match the facilities.
The rooms are very small and congested. The hotel does not have good environment for families. The hotel staff and management is very rude to the customers. Before the official check out time, they called us and asked us to check out, else we have to pay extra Rs. 100 per hour. The lift is very small and accomodates only 2 people at a time, not good for old people. The toilets are seen just in front of the room. Basin position is very inconvenient. No ventilation in the room, it feels suffocating.
We stayed in the hotel for 4 hrs on the transit from Ahmedabad. This is close to railway station and in the busy market area. It does not have any restaurants and offers menu of nearby veg and non-veg restuarants
Like some have already written, the way to the hotel is through a narrow alley which is dirty and not clean. The said hotel is at the second floor and an equally narrow grill-lift takes one up there. The rooms compact and bathrooms clean with basic amenities, but the smell was another story. It was powerful and nauseating, mingled with tobacco and perfumed room fresher. The staff at the front was rude and not helpful at all. The only upside for us was it was a budget hotel. It is in the city centre, very close to the Railway station and close to some monuments. I would like to add we did not stay here though we paid in full. It did not look very safe with us being all women. If I had an option, I would have rated it a 'zero.'
Entry to the hotel is very narrow. Rooms are very compact but were decent in appearance & were clean. Hot water available most of the time. Didn't find staff & front desk not helpful. Girls Didn't feel safe in hotel. Will not recommend as there are better options in city.
One of the best hotels in lal dwarja. Very cooperative staff. Running hot water, best room service,WiFi and digital TV... Economical priced and spacious, neat and clean rooms.Better than other 3/4 star hotels nearby... If you are on budget. Friendly front desk.Stayed twice no complaints best place to stay. Nearby market and transportation.
Great comfort, stayed total of approximately 20 days , well clean, food supply, good locality, near by market, good transportation, near by restaurants and food hotels and also near by food stalls, overall good to stay at hotel
Stayed here for one night. The rooms were clean and nice. The hotel staffs were helpful and friendly. They helped us in every way they could. The hotel is 12-15 minutes away from the railway station and the landmarks like Lal Darwaja, manek chawk are near from here. I will recommend this hotel for staying.
Good location and surprisingly nice interior considering the stairs up to it are not the best. We were allowed to check in early as we arrived on an overnight train. The room had good wifi but no English TV channels. Not far from the station. There is not much for tourist in town other than MGs house. Shame breakfast was not included in the price.
