We stayed 5 nights and the wonderful hospitality started the moment we got off the car. Check-in was very friendly and understanding our specific requirements, they were able to offer us choice of rooms. Varsha was wonderful at check-in. Hospitality part was then taken over by Avishek who escorted us to the room and looked into every need of ours. This continued till we checked out and got into the car after!! Special mention of Avishek, I mamta and Mounica among other greeters for making our stay feel like home. Housekeeping staff (SONAI,ashok ,yougash,mamata trainee )were very friendly and efficient. Breakfast at Kitchen was amazing and was the highlight of our stay. Greeting staff (ajay) were ever so gracious and welcoming. Staff at the restaurant were very helpful. All who helped were wonderful. While the state of the room (property), quality of towels and linen (not crisp, always on the damp side) and general state of air quality and odour has much scope for improvement on the other hand the Location of the hotel, phenomenal staff (especially the greeting staff) and excellent food quality will probably make us go back again!!…

I had the pleasure of staying at pride plaza Ahmadabad recently. I couldn't be more happy with my stay. The best part was the outstanding service by the friendly staff.mamya in Housekeeping was my personal housekeeper. She and team were absolutely amazing. They asked me my room cleaning and laundry preferences up front, and diligently carried out their duties. What a cheerful bunch! I really felt relaxed and at home because of Sonai, Yogesh, Surajit and team. Varsha at the front desk checked me in efficiently and checked on me daily during my stay. Thank you! Ajay, and Shivam , simran and many others were wonderful daily host and server . Overall, a supremely pleasant experience. I will be back!

Excellent service, superb food We've had an awesome stay at the pride plaza in Ahmadabad. The service has been exceptional, from the Valets, to the Receptionstaff, to the F&B staff, to the Maintainence and Housekeeping!! We would like to especially mention SONAI yogash from Housekeeping who went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. We so enjoyed our first stay that we have shifted allegiance to this property. We'll done and keep it up
