We went for lunch at their Essence restaurant. The buffet spread was one of the best you can get. It had an excellent selection of Non-Vegeterian Food items. The spread had a mix of meat, chicken and fish.
The icing on the cake was their CHEF - Gautam was available to guide us on food and taste. It was nice to understand things from the chef himself.
The main grouse that we have was that the Dessert menu was not up to the mark. Most fruit deserts on that day were made using artificial essences. Even the chocolate deserts were not up to the mark. They can make this better.

The first function we organised was at crown plaza it was best every one enjoyed the food and due to covid the sanitization and social distancing was maintained and the staff and the service provided was best. the first function during corona but everyone had great time.

Well this the second time I'm writing about this hotel. I have stayed here for the Bussiness visits in Ahmedabad. Like before, my stay here was just fantastic. Especially during this pandemic time, they have managed the show just amazingly, with all the safety precautions.
The staff has been well trained to handle things with all the safety precautions and give the best services possible, with the current restrictions.
As mentioned earlier, the rooms are big & spacious with clean lining & towels and sanitized rooms. The housekeeping staff is doing a great job in maintaining high standards and the hygiene levels.
The restaurant is open now with the buffet & a' la carte and special mention about their Sunday Brunch. The food is good, although with some limitations on the menu due to this time, but with good taste.
The In Room Dinning too is of high standards. The food options in the menu are slightly restricted but they haven't compromised on the quality & taste. Along with this the service by the IRD team is commendable. Theres special mention for Ms.Parul & Mr. Suryadev, for their great service. They are very helpful, understanding & caring, and always willing to go that extra mile to meet the guests expectations. Even with the restrictions, these guys are doing a great job in making the changes, if required, to meet the guests demand. That's the reason, I would like to make special recommendation for these people.
Also in the Reception, special mention for Mr. Ishaan, Mr. Mehul & Mr. Arvind for their professional & humble service. They are always on their toes to meet the guests requirements and ready to help at all times. They are ready to make that extra effort to resolve the issues, if any, for the guests and make their stay comfortable.
Once again, without doubt, I'll recommend this hotel for your stay as you can be sure of good comfortable stay.

I often stay in Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad because of the nature of my job.
One thing which makes this place comfortable and memorable is the staff and their customer handling skills. Entire staff is very humble and generous. The very moment you step into the hotel for check in you get a very warm welcome by the Guest Service Executive(Ankur, Chinmay & Bhavya).
They have a very supportive kitchen staff specially Kundan, Surya, Parul and Vivek who will always make sure that the guests are satisfied with the kind of food they have ordered.
Last but not the least the housekeeping team(Salman, Ravi & Poonam) which plays a major role in keeping the rooms up to the mark and properly sanatized specially in this pandemic time.
Overall I could say that the entire staff here do their best to make sure that the guests stay is comfortable and memorable.

We booked crown plaza for my brother reception dated 8th August 2020, as you know about the situation due to Corona pandemic it was not easy to organise such important functions....
However, with Crown plaza it was very smooth going they have maintained all the quality and hygiene standard and make our guest feel comfortable great service good food and i must say the money we have spend is worth!

We have stayed at this hotel multiple times. Lots of small things have made my stay amazing. A smiling face receives you at the reception with warm welcome. One of the staff members escorts till the elevator and makes sure that your key is working. Very clean sanitized spacious room. Suresh from housekeeping, amazing guy, always remembers what i need and makes sure that i need not to call for anything. He is always there to organize things for you and make everything hygienic. And then it comes to food; WOw its delicious and fresh everytime, especially the Chinese that's amazing. Parul...beautiful charming girl.. always there to guide you for the best they have for in room dining, she makes sure that you get the hot food in less than 20 minutes. The quality of service is great. Great ambience, every member of staff contribute to a wonderful stay in this luxurious hotel.

A memorable longstay can not be just satisfied with the huge schindlers, well cut landscape or amazing enterance porche. Rather to experience a true memorable stay,I also look for the smiles that the staff members have and are they really happy serverving you or just doing their job for the sake and we were just amazed by the positive hospitable vibes each and every employee of this hotel carries.

Mr Nagesh head of the Food & Beverage Department was concerned for our repetative routine and he offered us to be open about our cravings and he would be happy to avail options which are not there on the menu. He was so kind to served us taking steps beyond his duty discription,
Head Chef Mr. Shankar sets a wonderful example of assuring each n every guest gets the food that's is Safe & Tasty. He was on his toes in our every meal, looked carefully for our special requests and gave me the opportunity to observe the preperation of the Tamato Shorba that has been the best Shorba i have ever tasted,
Heading the operations of this phenomenal team, Mr. Bhatnagar was sympathatic to our one specific complain and generously resolved the same.

Hosted my wedding festivities at Crowne Plaza Ahmedabad and was delighted with the overall service across all verticals of the hotel. We narrowed down CP Ahmedabad for the festivities after looking at each and every hotel in the city over the last few months. Without a doubt, the hotel is the best luxury hotel in the city. Despite being several years old, the rooms are extremely well maintained and best in class. The banquets and events spaces are beautiful, spacious and the best for any hotel in the city. The food is lip-smackingly delicious and the overall staff and hospitality service is at par with the top hospitality standards of the world.
Throughout the course of our events, the food service was incredible, the rooms were found to be clean and plush, the housekeeping and allied support was also overall very good. The common areas of the hotel, despite being at full occupancy, were also found to be squeaky clean and fresh. Heartfelt appreciation for the Events team led by Mr Nitin Sharma, Mr Prakash Manglani and Mr Shobhit Gupta for overall coordination of all the events. Many thanks also to the Executive Chef Mr Sunil Jajoria and his team for flawless delivery and inclusion of all our F&B requests across all our events and festivities.
All our family & friends went back very happy and satisfied thanks to the standards that are being maintained by the hard-work and sincere efforts of the hotel staff. Well done and best of luck!

I have stayed thwre with family. The staff was very kind , humble and professional. They were also meticulous about small details which makes the customer feels even more cozy and comfortable.

I stayed here for 2 weeks. It's a very good hotel. They have a buffet for breakfast and dinner which includes a variety of food items. They have a special section for Gujarati items as well. Nidhi, Sonu, Chef Anand, and others in the dining area are very supportive in terms of customized items and timely services. Room cleaning and laundry services are up to the mark. The swimming pool and gym have sufficient restrictions to maintain hygiene considering customer convenience.
