On 28/05/22 I checked in and I left my I phone charger by mistake inside my room. After I checked out on 29/05/22 I called the hotel saying that I left my I phone charger then after 10 min they called me back and confirmed me that they got my charger and in my next visit I can collect it from lost and found. Again I checked in on 21/06/22 and starting from my check in time I kept on asking them about my charger at least I called them more than 20 times but they don't even have the courtesy to at least called me back and inform me about the same. At the end the duty manager called by stating that they found a different charger from my room not my charger on that day and when I asked them how can you found a different charger from my room which is not mine. Then they contradicted there own words and said they did not find any charger in my room and they can't do anything about it.Totally irresponsible staff ....very bad experience!!!!…

I got a piece of plastic inside my grilled fish that I ordered for my dinner. When I informed the reception about the same,they just said “OK”. Their service is pathetic and staffs are also not that much cooperative.

I had gone with my parents to celebrate Father's Day on Sunday at Crowe Plaza's Essence for Sunday Brunch. The food was very well prepared and had a lot of options. However, the service was not really up to the mark so I'm taking off points for that. We would ask for the servers to bring certain items from the Chat counter but instead they would forget to do that for a long time and then bring the wrong ones instead. Same thing happened with the order for the Nans and Kulcha where the main course items got cold before we got the Nans. The Kulcha was brought to us at the very end when we had finished eating. The servers didn't write down what they needed to get for each table so it seemed that they were confused too. The person at the Mocktail counter seemed to also not keep track of the orders and kept vanishing from his table. So instead of us getting the mocktails we ordered from the servers, I would have to go again and again in person to make sure I pick up the order myself after telling him make the mocktails in front of me. So this ended up making me not being able to enjoy the food in peace and having to go back and forth. I had expected far better service from a 5-star hotel for the special Sunday Brunch for Father's Day. This is especially when we are paying thousands of rupees overall for the whole family but are not able to enjoy the food properly due to the poor service.…

It was a really good experience. The staff were kind and humble specially Chef Manmohan who himself used to walk around and ask for experience. He made me try smoked salmon which was authentic. I would highly recommend for stay.

Starting from the preferable room till the check out was so smooth and comfortable. This can be one of the best crowne plaza property. I called up prior check in and Mr. Mehul was there to note down my preferences. This property is so nice, the lobby area and the decorations were just perfect. Mr. Nitish assist in smooth and quick check in. A hotel is always like second home and I believe the people who can make it feel like home are the employees. I arrived late night and required few things, Mr. Nischay who was from housekeeping helped through out to get all my problem solved. I went for my dinner in buffet area and Ms. Nidhi was humble and polite with us and providing all the facilities with her warm smile. Everything was nice apart from one small issue that is whenever you called up in room dining, nobody picks up your call and you will not get a revert from them. It was so annoying for us.
